The well equipped kitchen is newly refurbished with stainless steel appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and quartz countertops. Dining area seats four plus 4 bar stools at counter. The condo sleeps6 comfortably. Master bedroom with private bath features a king size bed and cable tv. Second bedroom has a double bed and twin or queen aero-mattress if desired. Living room has a queen size sleeper. Both bathrooms have granite countertops, one includes a spacious shower and the other a Jacuzzi. The unit also has a washer and dryer, gas grill and garage.

Located within walking distance of a grocery store and the many restaurants and shops Boyne City has to offer. The Landings includes many special summer amenities: swimming pool, beach, fishing and swimming from the pier, and beautiful grounds.
