Nice condo, but unit and complex does NOT have a hot tub as described on the listing. Also, the space is nice and clean but kitchen is sparsely furnished, with only one wine glass and a couple of pans. We reached out to the owner/property manager who indicated she thought that was adequate and seemed unaware that this listing is on Expedia. She was also not apologetic at all for the fact the listing shows a hot tub when there is none. Otherwise a very good option for 4 people who don't mind sharing beds and having a small table for meals.

Literally in the heart of Incline Village, 10-minute walk from Starbucks, Raley’s grocery store, the local dispensary, and even from the beach! My only cautionary note would be for people who find stairs challenging, both bedrooms are at the top of a fairly steep flight. But overall this is a great place to stay!

Great location. We enjoyed it. Only suggestion is really slow draining shower should be worked on. Every thing else was great!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean ad well appointed. There was an issue w/ lack of TP- but 1 call to the owners and it was resupplied. The WiFi worked well. The TV- not so much, but we got it going after signing into our Netflix acct. I did miss having the local Tahoe news available though. And- as usual (w/ every rental we've enjoyed throughout the years)- the knives in the kitchen were dull. One more caveat to future folks: The parking spot for the unit loses about 2 ft due to a tree being adjacent. Our Atlas didn't fit, so a larger SUV will need to use the guest prkng when available. Overall 4/5 stars :)

I sent an email already, but I will respond here. This condo is near Incline Village Beach, but the property description fails to inform the viewer that IVB is a PRIVATE BEACH. NO ACCESS/ADMITANCE for non-owners without a membership card/key or permit on your car. This was disappointing to find out after arriving. This needs to be clearly stated on the VERBO page. The condo is adequate, bit outdated, seemed to lack owner care, and had thrift store, eclectic decorations. I did not like having a camera on the corner of the condo by the patio when all other condos did not have this. Bit Big Brother. Condo sits on a busy, noisy morning traffic street. This is not depicted in old photos posted online.

Overall a nice place to stay, and the property had the minimal essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The place was easy to find in a nice neighborhood. It was in a nice location since many activities such as the lake, grocery stores, restaurants, etc were within walking distance.

Comfortable, but not wonderful. I was surprised that it was two stories - maybe it says this somewhere in the listing, but I didn't notice it. I was also surprised that the LR TV had only Internet and no cable box. A couple of features have been modernized - the upstairs bath and the laundry. The kitchen needs a redo. Also, the mattresses are too soft and should be replaced. My wife slept on the living room sofa because of back problems with both beds.

The unit is lovely, perfect for a couple or two couples. Excellent kitchen and supplies, comfortable master bed, lots of room, good location. One reservation is the claim that it's close to the beach; a short drive to the beach is more accurate. And there is a fee to enter most of the Lake Tahoe, NV beaches (while those in Lake Tahoe, CA, a 10-minute drive away, are open to the public for no fee). Still, overall, and especially if going to the beach is not a key feature of your visit, a 5-star experience.

Vanda was an amazing accommodating host! She let us check in early and was so understanding when Sunday came around and offered us a late check out (storm/highways closed) with the option to extend if possible at the last minute. She was able to make our trip a lot more at ease knowing we had options in case we were stuck. The cabin was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Directions were easy to follow and communication were easy. Perfect size for a group of 4. Especially liked the living room layout as we were stuck inside a lot due to weather so it made movie watching optimal!

We were glad to have found this place. It is very comfortable and equipped with all the things you need to have a pleasant stay. The only complaint was the pillows. Easy fix! ?
