Stayed Jul 20, 2025Overall, it was a great stay. We would definitely stay again. We had one minor issue, but it was handled immediately. The room was very clean. Everything was comfortable. Our only issue was there was not enough silverware and dishware for the number of guests, which were only six. Other than that everything was fantastic highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay and great memories.I would also recommend Juan Taco and In Cahoots for future visitors. Both are located on the property and delicious.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Over all It was an amazing stay. The whole week was an awesomely crazy trip. The condo was amazing, with a beautiful view. Although there were a few issues (some of which were no ones fault) a heads up would've been nice. We were on the 3rd floor (the stairs from the top of parking garage to the building went to the 4th) There was only 1 set of elevators for the parking garage & 1 set at each end of the resort) No big deal until 1 or the other wasn't working. There weren't adequate towels or sheets for the number of people staying. Although Our contact Person promptly brought us the correct amount and sheets for the extra beds, once we asked for them (don't know who is in charge of stocking the unit for guest). Upon our arrival there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & no extra. We were to run the dishwasher when we left, but there was no soap for it. We washed dished by hand during our stay (which I'd have done anyway) A sign asked us to use dark towels for makeup removal, there where none. The filter in the fridge needed changed and the Smoke detector battery in secondary bedroom needed replaced. We had to remove a battery from a tv remote to replace the 1 in the thermostat. The dehumidifier needed emptied & filter changed (which we didn't know how to do, so didn't mess with it.) I purchased a coffee pot (since I couldn't figure out the 1 there) Which I intentionally left for any future guest that may have the same issue. Overall it was a great stay.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025I had to go buy tissue, dish soap, and etc. I never received the code to get into the condo. They finally replied 2 days later. Worst experience ever!!

Stayed Dec 26, 2022Air conditioning/ Heat did not work in the unit. Front door would not lock also. Door lock was repaired day 3 but heat and air still not working when we checked out.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything was exactly as stated. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was very clean and this particular room location was perfect for us. I will return next summer.

Stayed Jun 13, 2022Our condo was very nice and clean. There were a few issues when we arrived but the property manager, Tristin, resolved one of them quickly and tried to resolve the other right away; he was very helpful. There were a few issues that we were not happy with: -we were not told by Evolve ahead of time about the $70 charge for parking and wristbands. That was a ridiculous price to pay and should have been told to me ahead of time. -every day (no matter what time) the person below our condo was smoking pot on their balcony so my children and I did not get to enjoy the balcony much. -$45 a day for beach chairs is crazy expensive. The beach in this area of PCB is way too crowded; there were rows of beach chairs right next to each other 3 rows deep. I have been to a lot of beaches in FL and have never seen a beach this crowded. The condo was in a good location; pretty close to restaurants, etc. The amenities at the condo were nice.
