I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was excellent as usual. It and the Perico Bay Club is in a perfect location to get to all the nearby attractions.

Stayed Mar 1, 2021In our four years of being “snowbirds”, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed as we try new places each month. We were very pleased with our time at the Perico Bay Club. Our unit was very clean, up-to-date, well stocked and a good size. The location was great; just over the bridge from Anna Maria Island, but plenty to do on site: bike ride, swimming, pickleball, tennis, walking the preserve, kayaking. We enjoyed our time on the Island as well.

The location is excellentThe grounds are beautiful. And the people are all friendly. Two main complaints:The master bed could use a new mattress. The building was being painted the whole time we were there and were not told ahead of time.

Lots of amenities within the complex plus nearby trails and recreational opportunities. Had an excellent stay and already signed up for next year!
