La Quinta Resort & Club 3 Bedroom Home - Attractively Priced

Perfect place to stay in La Quinta, pool was steps away, loved the private courtyard, felt very safe in this gated community connected to La Quinta Resort with access to the beautiful grounds, pools, tennis courts, and restaurants.Furniture and decor is a little dated, but the beds were very comfortable, clean crisp sheets, strong water pressure in showers, wi-fi worked throughout the property. Third bedroom with twin beds is a separate unit with its own shower and bath. Perfect for our group in town for a three day festival with the shuttle stop only a 5 minute walk at front of resort.May not be the right place for you if you're looking for hip Palm Springs decor, we loved it for the location and the price.

The home poorly maintained, bathrooms not clean, plumbing fixtures and fittings are worn out (ca early 1980's), no hot water at the kitchen sink unless the dishwasher is started, porch ceiling fan broken because the blades installed were too long and hit the door swing, carpet is delaminated from the backing-probably carpet cleaner got it too wet and stretched it, casita smelled musty, shower head in 2nd house bath was filled with minerals, grill is rusted out around the base perimeter.

Great location, easy check-in/out ad good communication. Good value for the area.

Beautiful, comfortable, well equipped home. Very close to all La Quinta resort amenities. The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I will definitely rent this unit again.

This was our third year staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint again! It’s perfect for a large group and is right next to the complex pool. Plenty of space to spread out and has adequate linens/towels. There were even leftover pantry items and fridge items for us to use. It is a short walk to the shuttle for Coachella and as always, easy check in and check out! Well worth it for proximity to the music festival!

We were very happy with the amount of space and proximity to the resort. We didn’t realize when we booked the extent of the amenities and how amazingly close it all was (tennis, pool, shops, restaurants, fitness). Great value. We will definitely keep it at the top of the list when we return.

Loved the place and location. Property manager and owner both made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great stay except the property manager never returned my calls. We had to depart on Monday due to a family emergency and I called to let them know. She never returned the call. I had also called on Saturday about some questions no return. The house was nice and would return again
