La Playa 901- Beach Front with Stunning Views

My family and I love this location and the condo has great views. The only item of concern, which was the same thing from our first trip, is the icemaker doesn't work in the fridge. They had ordered a part and installed but this did not fix the issue. Would recommend a new fridge as the doors tend to stay open as well. Other than that we love the condo and the beach. Would definetly stay there again.

Very nice condo and very well kept building. Great location for being more away from the crowds. Only minor issue was fridge wasn't very cold and the ice maker didn't work. Everything else though was fantastic. The balcony gave you the ability to see sunrise and sunset this time of year. Highly recommend.

Super smooth working with the host, Luxury Coastal Vacations. We have rented their properties before and they are consistently great with all communications and have quick responses. The property is to die for, views even better than pix. Wrap around balcony allows you to enjoy as much sun and breeze as you like (or don't) by moving from 1 section of the balcony to another throughout the day. Very comfy outdoor furnishings. Master bed very comfy, living area so inviting, large well appointed kitchen. . Everything about staying here was easy and excellent. Surely hope to come back!

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo & we will definitely be back! The views from the balcony are just amazing & I love that you can see water from almost every window. It’s very comfortable & homey- our family loves it. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets not flushing & a clogged sink, but maintenance came out very quickly & fixed everything up. We love this property & can’t wait to come back!

Will definitely consider renting again!

First let me say that we had a very good vacation. La Playa is a great place. Quiet, beautiful pool, easy access to the beach. A concern is that the property is getting dated. It was comfortable but there need to be upgrades if the price is going to be that of a premium property. There need to be pillow tops put on the double beds. we were sleeping directly on the mattress under the sheet, it needs paint, it needs a new toaster, the decor, furniture, drapes, and shades all really need to a makeover. The 850 sq feet of decking is amazing but the patio furniture is in need of new cushions. Overall our visit was comfortable, but it needs to be updated and made more current. I will stay at La Playa again but I might request a more updated condo.

Wonderful property, right on a private beach!

Awesome location. Very spacious condo. Beautiful deck. We would certainly stay here again. Condo could use some freshening up..paint touch up etc. The only real complaint that is no fault of the owner was that the cleaning crew did a poor job. We will see you again La Playa 901.

The views from the oversized balcony of LaPlaya 901 are absolutely incredible & made our trip so enjoyable. We truly had an amazing vacation. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star rating is because there are a few items that need attention in the condo. The balcony door does not lock, master br door not only doesn’t lock but also is being held open with a small bar of soap, Master bed was super comfy on the left side but completely sunken on the right side and in need of replacement, and a few other small items that needed attention. For the price being paid, I was a little disappointed that there were so many small things in need of attention. We paid half the price for a condo next door to LaPlaya last year that was immaculately clean & kept. Condo above us also had 10+ people staying in it so the noise level all week was through the roof, although I am absolutely aware there is nothing that could have been done about that & probably isn’t likely to happen on most weeks. That being said, if those tiny items were taken care of we would absolutely stay @ LaPlaya 901 again in the future.
