Stayed May 7, 2022LaPlaya condo 301 is beautiful. It is very clean and very well decorated. It has everything that you will need. Had a small problem with a shower and a sliding door which was resolved quickly by a call to Luxury Coastal Vacations. Great place and great dealings with Luxury Coastal Vacations.

Stayed Oct 17, 2021Such a beautiful place. Very spacious. The amenities in the kitchen were awesome such as a wine chiller and stand-alone ice machine. Loved all the windows thru out the place. It was really nice and convenient to have secure storage on the first level to store beach items. The only negative I have is the parking situation. Very small parking area. One space per unit. If you have additional vehicles they have to park offsite which is so inconvenient. Despite the parking issue this is truly a beautiful place and I would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 25, 2021This was a wonderful property for a relaxing family trip after a crazy year. It was very spacious, and we absolutely loved sitting on the huge balcony and listening to the ocean.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed last week. Loved it! Stayed at La Playa. Condo was very clean and roomy. Was so quiet. Had everything we needed. No complaints. Will definitely stay again. Felt very secure.

Stayed Jan 16, 2021We chose this spot as a place to get away within driving distance to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The condo and the location met our expectations in every way. There was a minor nuisance with the construction equipment bringing in sand to build up the berm after the hurricane had washed it away in September, but it only lasted 2 days. Beautiful condo and amazing beach! We will be back!

Stayed Jan 1, 2021Our family of 5 had plenty of space in this beautiful condo. The balcony is comically enormous but a wonderful place enjoy the sunsets. The location was perfect for our work/learn from home Coivd getaway. The condo is as amazing as the pictures would lead you to believe. The unit was completely finished but other common areas are still under construction from the hurricane. Luckily there was no noise or mess to bother us. I was able to conduct zoom meetings all day inside or out on the balcony with no trouble. The property management company was great and I would like to call out Britani and Jonathon who went above and beyond to help us with an issue unrelated to the condo. They are located essentially across the street which was convenient. The beds were very comfortable and much more so than other condos we've stayed at. The only downside was the pool was closed but it was due to the ongoing external construction. Thanks!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Want the perfect stress relief? Leave your cares at the door when you walk into unit 301 at La Playa. Gorgeous furnishings, amazing balcony, with spectacular views. The sunrises and sunsets are the perfect beginning and ending to each day. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. My only complaint is that we had to leave!! Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the smaller kitchen table; perfect for our jigsaw puzzle time. Very clean; comfortable beds, and a wonderful management company. Highly recommend!!
