The place was perfect!! So comfortable and clean. The grounds/outdoors and pool were beautiful. Well maintained and lit up so nicely. Great location, Quiet area but close to everything. Would love to stay again.

Home is exactly as pictured in a quiet courtyard of cottages, just steps from Duval and walking distance to the tourist trolley stop and to all that Key West has to offer. Great a/c and ceiling fans and large eat-in kitchen and cozy living room.

The location was a block away from Duval St. and tucked away in a peaceful oasis away from any noise. We loved cooking and relaxing in this space as much as walking to all the action on Duval. Watching the tropical storm from the front porch rocking chairs was a treat. The courtyard and the pool were great. The property managers were lovely. Really nice couple and they were prompt to respond to any requests. Shared with me some cool history about artists in Key West and some of the galleries worth visiting. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall pleased, but the pool smaller than it appears in the pictures and other quests were smoking pot outside so we had to take that in.

The Maisonnette was lovely. It felt very modern, clean and maybe newly renovated. It was very clean, the kitchen was large and very well appointed with anything you'd need including a few little extras like dishwashing and laundry detergent pods. We took a short walk to Fausto's grocery for a few things which was convenient.We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the grounds and garden areas. The garden courtyard was meticulously maintained. There were a few little nooks to sit outside and enjoy the warm breeze.I was surprised at how small the little pool was. By the pictures online I was expecting a full size pool. Nonetheless it was quaint and beautiful, just like an oasis. We had it to ourselves one day otherwise it might quickly feel crowded with only a few chairs. HKWVR was so friendly when we arrived at the office and were easy to communicate with during the stay! They scheduled bikes to be delivered(for a small fee) and picked up again when we left. Very good company to deal with and I highly recommend them based on our experience. We had no trouble with the rental, neighbors or experience at all. It was all just an easy, relaxing vacation. I would not hesitate to use them again! The neighborhood is on the south side of Duval closer to Southernmost Point, so it's a little walk/ride to Mallory Square on the other end. I recommend Blue Heaven & Little Pearl restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this location for a couple wanting a quiet getaway.

Had a great 4 night stay. The place is clean and crisp from the moment you walk in. Plenty of extra towels and TP. The location is a half block off Duval which is perfect but just far enough out of the traffic. Suggest renting bikes. The host can recommend a great company. Communication was excellent during the entire process.

Everything was great. Loved the landscaping makes you feel like you're in your own little island. Location was perfect for some short walks to anything.

The condo was well appointed, close to all major attractions and nestled on a side-street away from major traffic. The communication prior to arrival was likely the best part! The management company communicated all important steps to the check in process and provided us with an abundance of details.

This was the best accommodations. Immaculate and updated. Had everything that we needed. The small pool was a great touch when you wanted to relax in a quiet setting. The management company was very easy to work with and helpful. Well appointed to Duval street- all the action and to golf cart rentals (which I highly recommend). We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to key west!

This is a very beautiful property it is exactly as pictured. The living room and kitchen area being open for conversation, the furnishings so beautiful and comfortable. Having the two bathrooms is a bonus. The location was spectacular and just with scooter rental steps away and the Cuban coffee shop on the other corner we highly recommend. It couldn’t have been a better weeks stay. Love, love , love this property
