Stayed Aug 9, 2024Very comfortable condo stay, with garage access a sweet bonus. The Coastal team had thoughtful and thorough inclusions for our stay and communicated very quickly any time we had questions. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Nice little place. It is pet friendly, however we did not have a pet this time. Would be wise if there were an air purifier to eliminate some of the pet odors that lingered. Bed wasn’t what we thought it would be. There was no mention that it was basically a fold out bed. Being we were the bottom unit(2 others above us) we could hear the others above us. I believe the closet that was locked( next to the bed) was where the main toilet pipes were for all 3 units because every time someone flushed , we heard it all. Garage parking was very nice, tight but nice. Not trying to leave a bad review at all, just think better communication up front would have been valuable. Very cute and cozy place otherwise with very close and quick commute to downtown.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025The unit is thoughtfully decorated and comfortable, but a couple of improvements would make it better. I would like to have a shower mat to make the floor less slippery in the shower and a small dresser or chest for keeping clothes so that we weren’t literally living “out of a suitcase” would really be appreciated. Enjoyed the stay though and the location is perfect for visiting around Traverse City. Thanks for a nice stay.

Stayed May 23, 2025We had a wonderful time in Traverse City. The L studio was a great find. Communication with the owners was top notch and very speedy. Loved how close it was to shops and food. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The studio was perfect for two. Has everything you need and more. Loved that we could park in a garage. We recommend going to Archie’s social house and Firefly for great food and service! Enjoyed every second of our stay.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Everything was GREAT! I/we have stayed at many VRBO properties in the States and rented many properties while stationed overseas. This property is one of the best, most well-stocked, and they thought of everything a guest could need properties we have stayed at. We have stayed at nice homes that have had the standard amenities and well-stocked kitchens, but they have thought of all those little things a traveler may have forgotten or provided the items a guest didn't know they needed (i.e. toolbox, feminine items, Q-Tip’s, toothbrushes, flashlight, etc.). The studio space was well laid out and planned efficiently using the space. Additionally, the attention to detail for our fur babies was very thoughtful (toys, feeding bowls, poop bags, etc.). The guest handbook was amazing - answering every question we had, plus it was well done and easy to use. The condo was perfect for us for a quick trip to Traverse City. I would highly recommend this property!

Stayed May 16, 2024This is a lovely efficiency condo in a modest neighborhood where it's great to walk a dog. The attached rear garage was a real plus. Comfortable and clean. Good climate control. There's a grocery store in the neighborhood. The check in process was very easy and the front door lock worked exactly as described. Our only complaints have to do with the bathroom: 1.) There was no grab bar in the shower. This is a big concern for seniors who are over age 65. It would be easy to fall with nothing to hang onto. There is definitely room in the shower to mount a grab bar. 2.) There were no towel rods on the bathroom walls, and no wall hooks on which to hang up a towel to dry or even to hang up a bathrobe or a makeup bag. (My husband hung his towel on the clothes rack in the garage, but that really wasn't very convenient). I hung my towel over the dinette bar stool to dry. 3.) Since the bathroom sink surface wasn't very big (just enough room for a toothbrush, soap, and a hairbrush), having a wall hook for a makeup bag would be a real plus.
