This condo has HOA, so guests need to follow rules and regulations, parking spots, pool rules, avoid noise and NO parties allowed. Otherwise GUEST will be subject to fines. When parking under the building make sure you park close to the wall on the left so the owner on the right has enough room to park their car. If this is not followed and a violation occurs, you will be responsible for the penalty fine.
Guests to avoid putting surfboards or personal items in the parking area, besides their car.
No food items in garbage disposal, it will clog easily. Do not remove sink drain strainer.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025The property is beautiful and walkable to shops & restaurants. The view is stellar and truly a perfect getaway for our group. Blanca was such a wonderful communicator. We had no trouble getting everything we needed for a successful weekend. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very well furnished and clean! The Ocean View is amazing!! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a stay in Malibu! I will be back for sure sometime in the future!

Stayed Aug 12, 2023two of my friends and I stayed here for a 4 night long weekend and couldn't have had a better time. I would definitely recommend renting a car (which we did through turo). There are restaurants and shops close by but not a great walking path and it's on a busy street. It was a great central location to the outdoor activities in the mountains/beaches of malibu and the beaches in Santa Monica. The pool on site was lovely and we used it almost every day we were there. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 7, 2023We have nothing negative to say about this place. The location, layout, all of it was truly great. The beds and bedding were some of the most comfortable we've slept in. Great spot, highly recommend!
