The building amenities are fantastic. Loved the sliding doors that opened the primary bedroom to the living room and the water view.

We had everything we needed for our weekend away!

This condo has amazing views of the gulf and the pool area.The property was clean and secure and it had beautiful grounds.Its away from the busy part of town, so it was nice and quiet.The condo was absolutely perfect!! The ceiling fans, ive never seen an actual fan as a ceiling fan!! So neat, and a welcomed blessing for those of us that need a fan to sleep.The bed and pullows in the master bedroom were so soft. We will be returning to this condo when we visit Galveston.

The view of the beach was excellent. We enjoyed the balcony very much. The unit took almost a full day to cool down but then it was nice the rest of the time. All the extra amenities at Diamond Beach were also a bonus.

The tween beds need new mattresses. Everything else was excellent! Would book again!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Galveston. It had everything we needed. We were able to have amazing ocean views, plenty of space, and most of all relax. The resort was clean, had a wonderful pool, and the lazy river was our favorite hang out.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is by far our favorite resort in Galveston. The condo has the best views and was really nice.

We love this place, but.... The Good:Diamond Beach is a great complex. Next to the beach, beautiful 300 foot pool, 2 hot tubs, a great lazy river, and great indoor pool. Cinema room, workout room, game room – all top notch. If you’ve never been to Diamond Beach resort, go there. The complex is FANTASTIC…but….Seventh floor room with panoramic views.The 2 bedroom floor plan is good. TV’s worked fine. They had FireTV Xfinity. Very good.The property was reasonably clean.Working A/C. (essential in Galveston in summer). The Average:Master Bedroom Bed was just weird. Didn’t rise up off the floor at all. Just a frame set on the ground. Mattress was squishy. We could live with it, but just weird.Balcony / table covering had not been rinsed off or wiped down before we got there. I understand we’re on the ocean, but there is a minimum standard that needs to be applied.Storage (chests, shelves, hangers) were below average (not lots of places to store clothing).The Not So Good.No beach towels. NONE. I actually expect some beach chairs and umbrellas, but no beach towels? That is ridiculous, and would be very easy to remedy for low cost. “Kitchen ware” quite lacking (e.g., corkscrews, sharp knives, can openers, cookie sheets). There was 1 wine glass. They did have some pans and plates, and a core level of silverware. Ice maker in refrigerator did not work at all.MAJOR flickering lights in master bathroom. Very annoying.

The facilities were amazing. Friendly staff were always willing to help. Very clean facility. Lazy river was so relaxing. Didn't even make it to the beach. No need when the pool is clean and refreshing. Condo had all the extra, ice machine, washer dryer etc...Only feedback is condo needs a thorough cleaning, such as under the beds and couches and coffee maker had a alot of calcium build up. Everything was convenient. Will be returning again. onoy feed back

The condo was perfect for me and my spouse. We stayed over an extended weekend and the place was great. It was centrally located and close to other attractions in the area. It had nice amenities on the property and was walking distance to the beach. Overall really enjoyed ourselves!

This was a perfect place for a family with little kids!! We loved the lazy river, kiddie pools and hot tubs!! The whole place is absolutely gorgeous!!!

We had to call the property manager almost every day cause the air conditioner was not working even though they reported they installed a new unit our second day in the condo. Also the dryer was not functional and was packed with lint which prevented it from drying clothing and that was a must have for us when we booked this condo. The property manager’s solution was to go to a local laundry mat and they would reimburse us for the cost of the laundry mat. We would definitely stay at this building again but not in this unit.

This is a wonderful place. We recommend it.

Best location with access to great resort amenities and beach. Great views. The unit is ok but suffers from serious lack of night stands / side tables (we ended up putting our stuff on floor). Bed in master bedroom is a shame (looks like sofa than true bed, very low snd soft mattress). It very obvious that host is trying to save as much money as possible which degrades experience: the fridge was turned on the day of our check in and never told us. It took unit next morning to be properly cool and we ended up throwing so much food and rebuy everything. There is minimal supplies in terms of shampoo, hand soap, towels, etc. They also had the check out time discrepant between my rental agreement and their website and I had to alter my plans. I would be willing to come to diamond beach again but hesitant to use same host unless they improve their hosting process.

Review the pictures closely. What you see is what you get. The views are amazing!

We enjoyed our stay here, first time in the area. Having to work through both, the VRBO and managers portal was cumbersome. Also, the amount of information they requested, and the amount of communication was a bit much. However, they were highly responsive and respectful. The property was dated, but accurate to the pictures. Can’t beat the penthouse, and the amenities of the building or fantastic.

It is a great area, close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The landscaping and pools in great shape after the recent hurricane. The lazy river was a lot of fun. The condo could have been cleaner and better stocked with towels. Only one wine glass? I would stay at the resort again but in a different condo.

The property exceeded our expectations. The condo itself was fantastic. Completely stocked and ready for us. The only negative (if you could say) is the décor of the condo. It’s simply terrible to be honest.

The location is amazing and the property amenities are awesome, especially the pools, lazy river, arcade room, and the gym. The proximity to the beach and the Seawall make it very easy to enjoy time on the beach or local Galveston restaurants and attractions. There were two things about the individual condo that were unfavorable. While the condo itself was clean, the balcony was not clean or well kept. The balcony needs a lot of improvement which was disappointing because the view really is amazing and we would have spent more time there otherwise. The kitchen had awesome appliances but was missing quite a few essentials for cooking such as baking sheet, mixing bowls, whisk, wine bottle opener, and glasses (only 1 wine glass and 3 water glasses but tons of coffee mugs).
