    The space inside was great for what we had, four adults and two young children. The bedroom downstairs with full bathroom worked well for the grandparents and kids room upstairs worked great for both kids. Amenities like the pool and walking to the market/beach were great for location. Pool was very nice and great for young kids like ours with the shallow pool. That was about the only kid friendly thing about the place. They do provide a pack n play and beach toys and chairs. However see below about beach towels. Also a lot of beach chairs they provided were all broken.Cons were the amount of ants no matter what, everywhere inside the house. When asked for garbage bags and toilet paper they said it was “on our own”. They only provided exactly 6 bath towels for the amount of people staying, no extras so would have to wash and dry all the towels to get a clean one. Only provided 4 beach towels initially, we requested more and then again they only added two more so we had exactly 6. For a location near the beach this place should have tons of towels. NOT A KID friendly neighborhood. We were told kids couldn’t play on the grass outside and should go to the lagoons to play. Which is a far walk to just play catch with a toddler. Our friends who live in here confirmed it is NOT KID FRIENDLY. No pool toys allowed, however our kids enjoyed the shallow pool without toys. They usually use dive toys but it was fine. Many drains in the house were not draining properly or very slowly

    Property is in great location. Lots of room but noisy outside from highway traffic. The Owner needs to make some investments in this property. There is no comfortable place to sit and read (need new couch) and rug we had cleaned but still dirty. Outside maintenance was needed and this should have been checked before guests arrive. Ola properties very responsive, but this should not be the job of the guest. We had a good stay but I would give it a B to B- which is too bad for the price you pay

    This is our third time back to Ko olina area (we love it with kids), but first time at this property. It was perfect for our family and very spacious which we loved. Would stay here again!

    Little human contact- good emails- hard to navigate when you arrive- but since your here for a month- you are able to work through logistics.
