Knoxtopia: BRAND-NEW Downtown Knoxville Condo in Historic Century Building

Water pressure is terrible could barely shower, parking incovient, extremely noisy, didn’t like that the host didn’t reply to my last message. Choose to ignore me.

A couple of items, didn’t impact our stay but thought you may want to be aware. There is mold on the ceiling in the kitchen area from a water leak. Also- sheets on fold out couch were extremely dirty. Had a wonderful time and it’s a beautiful condo.

The host of this home, Nicole, is an absolute delight to deal with. We weren't able to make our stay due to the storm of a generation and resulting state of emergency, and she was kind and understanding and wonderful. I look forward to booking again with her. Thanks, Nicole. xo

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft in downtown Knoxville. The space was spotless, with a fantastic kitchen, a cozy living area, and two great bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our trip - close to everything and especially convenient for the Tennessee football game.The owners were fantastic to work with and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely condo is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous fixtures and comfortable beds. Perfect night view of fireworks from the large living space windows. Responsive owner, very polite and accommodating. Would be good for a family, but we went as two adults and had plenty of space.

Moved our son into graduate school and wanted a nice convenient place to be able to park and walk everywhere. Fantastic location only topped by the charm and the high end feel of the condo. Definitely will be staying again on our next trip!

Location, Location, Location! Convenient to so many restaurants, bars and shops. The loft was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, even included sound machines in both rooms. Surprise view of fireworks from the main living space both night and great parking. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved every minute of this stay. Condo is perfectly appointed and the location was ideal. Nicole was so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to go back.

This property provides an amazing launch point for a visit to Knoxville. The condo is well furnished, clean, and situated within walking distance of many amazing downtown shops, eateries, breweries, and distilleries. The apartment is laid out well with two bedrooms and a onus sitting room for reading. Parking was included and easy on the lot of an adjacent garage located behind the condo building. Dropoff was also easy as you can pull in front of the building and unload your luggage. There is an elevator to the condo for easy access. The owner Nicole was very communicative, friendly, and made sure we were prepared for, and satisfied, during our stay. Overall we will consider this condo for all of our future stays in Knoxville!

This place was amazing. Very warm and inviting with a great location (walk anywhere!). Just steps to Market Square, walkable to the Old City. Surrounded by great restaurants, easy check-in/out and very friendly and responsive host.

A friend and I brought our teen daughters to Knoxville for a concert! This was a great location, easy walk to shops and some great restaurants! Clean, comfortable, and the host was very helpful!

My husband and I were in town for work and stayed here for 3 nights. From the moment we opened the door it felt like home! We loved how clean and bright everything is and the location is absolutely perfect. Right in the middle of everything downtown but also close enough to everything else. We’ve already booked our second trip back in less than a month Thank you, Nicole for this little piece of home!

Perfect location to enjoy downtown Knoxville for the holidays - walking distance to everything, convenient and included parking spot, well-outfitted kitchen for in-condo meals, very comfortable and not even that loud for being right downtown on NYE!

The flat is so beautifully decorated, so quiet, so perfectly located in midst downtown Knoxville (you’re steps away from all the best trendy restaurants & shops).The beds were sooo comfortable. The furniture so luxurious! In all my travels, I have never stayed at a property so well appointed! No detail was overlooked!! Lots of large soft bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the gorgeous kitchen was stocked with high end utensils and cookware. Cookies were found in freezer for guests to bake and ice cream left for midnight snacks (who even does that?). Full Laundry room stocked with detergent. I seriously did not want to go home.The owner Nichole initiated communication to ensure we had all our needs met and promptly responded to any and all of our questions.THIS owner, THIS property will be the standard I use to measure all future VBRO stays! We loved this space!

Fantastic weekend for Vols football game! The place is phenomenal. The location could not be better. Or hosts are responsive and provided spot on recommendations. We will be back often.

Beautiful spacious condo right in downtown with parking. Great access to food and dining. Also walking distance to UT and Neyland Stadium. The host was very informative, communicative, kind and friendly.
