I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ideally situated. There is foot traffic because its above a restaurant, but it is quiet. There isn't a washing machine available but there is a laundromat nearby. Overall, it was a good facility, however it could have been a little more tidy.
