”Kiwi Cottage at Holmes Beach” - Private Heated Pool +Spa+Walk to the Beach!

Great layout, backyard pool area is phenomenal! Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for family of five. Renting golf cart was a major plus.

The location is great! The beach is close along with restaurants. Our favorite restaurants were Duffy’s tavern for burgers and the Ugly Grouper for dinner. The pool area is the best with the full sun hitting the area for most of the day. The only changes I would make would be a guide book for hot tub/pool and house and places to go around it. Also the pots and pans could use updating possibly a griddle and more towels. Overall it was a great trip! ☀️

This property and owner were really wonderful. The backyard oasis was so relaxing and perfect for entertaining. We really enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi, used the grill to make steaks, and had lots of fun hanging out there. The house is beautifully done in coastal colors and decorations, and is fully equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation. The rooms were comfortable and we had plenty of room in the shared open area to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We loved that we were literally a 90 second walk from The Ugly Grouper restaurant, as well as a five minute walk from a market and additional restaurants and bars. It was perfect! The owner Craig was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. We will definitely return to Kiwi Cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiwi Cottage. The property was fantastic. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool area. Craig was easy to communicate with and helped make our stay a comfortable one. The location is within walking distance of the beach and lots of great restaurants. I would suggest renting the golf cart. It was worth it! I would recommend Kiwi Cottage for anyone staying on the island!

This property really fits the family who just wants to unwind. Our family was so pleased with Kiwi Cottage. It can be a vacation place or a total getaway. Our property owner was great to work with and very attentive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you again for our getaway!

This was our family’s 4th time going to AMI and one of our favorite places to visit. This was our first time renting a golf cart while there and it made the trips to the beach so much easier and was great for going out for dinner or ice cream. The house was just the right size for us and the outdoor area was great. Some noise can be heard in the master from the rental next door, but wasn’t too bad since the neighbors were usually quiet. We had a couple small issues (flat bike tire), but Craig responded quickly and we were able to get everything resolved. We can’t wait to go back!

This property is a rare find! The location is fantastic and close to the beach. The house and outdoor facilities are top notch! I would recommend the golf cart for getting around the island.

Craig’s rental property was clean, plenty of room for 6 people. We were able to rent a golf cart through him which was helpful.
