Kingswood Village Condo in Kings Beach -large unit

This condo exceeded our expectations! Very well stocked, comfortable beds. Only complaint is the shades are a little broken in the biggest downstairs bedroom which let a lot of light in from the street. Otherwise though, it was so clean, very spacious, a great location, couldn't have asked for better!

Our stay at this Lake Tahoe cabin was absolutely fantastic! A perfect size for our family of six. The rooms were comfortable, and the cozy atmosphere made us feel at home. We loved unwinding on the patio and deck, ideal for relaxing and stargazing at night.The amenities were a highlight, especially the pool and sauna, enhancing our experience beyond what we expected. Conveniently located just a five-minute drive from Kings Beach, local restaurants, and grocery stores, this cabin was in an ideal spot for our vacation.The only minor concern was a few loose floorboards on the upper deck and cars in the complex that tended to drive a bit fast, so just keep an eye out if you’re traveling with kids.Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for families seeking a fun and memorable getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Kingswood Village, and have always loved the convenient, quiet location with access to the pool. The condo was fully stocked with remodeled kitchen & bathrooms, which were very nice. The water pressure is poor, so the showers are a bit underwhelming. Unfortunately, the bedrooms, loft & living room could use an upgrade also. The bedding, & mattresses need a serious rehab, & the pillows are disgusting. At the very least there should be protective covers on the pillows that are washed in between each use. The kitchen is well stocked, but chaotic.

Great condo to rent, quite spacious and clean. Kitchen has all items you need. Great location to restaurants and activities. Kids loved the pool. Would stay at Kingswood Village again.

We rented a 3-bedroom cabin for 6 people (2 parents and 4 children aged 10 to 15) from Tahoe Rentals Company: -Booking Changes: Initially booked for 8 days, we were informed a few days before our vacation that the cabin would only be available for 5 days due to the owner's request. This last-minute change forced us to alter our plans. -We were provided only 3 rolls of toilet paper for the entire duration of our stay. -While the kitchen was clean and appeared new, other parts of the property, including the front porch and two balconies, were not clean and had spider webs. -Two porch doors were not lockable, posing a security risk. Although sticks were provided to secure the doors, one stick was too short, leaving the door partially open. Despite a staff member acknowledging the issue and promising a technician visit on Monday (we rented from Saturday to Saturday), no one came to fix the problem. -The condo did not have air conditioning, and only three fans were provided for six people. Requests for additional fans or a portable AC were denied. This made the condo unbearably hot during the day and night. -We were given enough laundry pods for only 4 days, despite an 8-day stay. -The balcony insect screens were torn and not properly fitted, leading to mosquito problems. This issue was acknowledged by the staff but remained unresolved during our stay. The check-out instructions were unreasonable given the rental cost, our experience with Tahoe Rentals was disappointing

This condo in a great location. We loved our stay in Kings Beach!

This was the second time on this trip that management was changing the method of check-in without notifying us. Since internet was poor outside the condo, we were lucky to find someone to let us use their phone. Hopefully, this has been resolved.

My wife, son, and I spent 3 nights here for a family wedding in Incline Village. Unit was as advertised and well appointed. Walking distance to town of Kings Beach and lake.

Great location, lots to do in the area. Close to restaurants, shopping and King's Beach. Very comfortable venue for six people.
