Kingsmill Condo on Golf Course 9th Fairway! Local owner

Renting this property is a no brainer for anyone who loves Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Kingsmill Resort is the most centrally-located and sought-after resort in the area and usually the most expensive. By renting through this gracious owner, we were able to stay in spacious and perfectly stocked two-bedroom condo for less than what it usually costs to stay in a small studio (hotel room) when renting directly through the resort. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice and look forward to coming back soon!

Quiet. Well kept. Felt like Home

This was a great location for enjoying our trip to Colonial Williamsburg. Our rental was clean and comfortable with a great view of the 9th green. The walk down to the James River was delightful!Our hosts were always responsive if we needed to contact them.

Our stay was very nice, hosts were great and gave us a list of restaurants to try along with food shopping stores. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and since we're in our 70's the walk in shower in one bedroom was a plus. We especially appreciated that we could take our furry best friend ( Oscar) our 11 year old doodle with us. We'll definitely plan a trip back to Kingsmill condo but next trip a little later in season when it's a bit warmer.

It was our first time staying at this Kingsmill Resort property and it was a great location for our Colonial Williamsburg trip. We enjoyed walking around the Kingsmill Resort on the many paths. Also, the unit was well stocked with all of the necessary amenities, clean, lots of room and. Later this year, we will be back in the area and plan on renting here again.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It's perfectly located for exploring the area. The kitchen is well equipped, the unit was very clean, and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the golfers go by. We brought our dog and there are a lot of walking trails which is perfect. We would stay here again when visiting the area.

Everything was great, the location alone is amazing! Very spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed.

The condo was exactly as described. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, pots & pans, flatware, plates, cups, glasses etc. The living and dining areas were comfortable and spacious. The bedrooms are decorated nicely and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The area around the condo is very walkable and good restaurants are nearby. This is a lovely condo that is clean and pet friendly. It overlooks the golf course. The owners were accessible if we had questions.

Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and it was overall very comfortable and clean. Great location

Property was in need of repairs. My main complaint was that the hot water was lukewarm. One of the sinks had a faucet that leaked out of the bottom of the handle(lukewarm handle) the bathtub was stained and corroding around the caulking. the carpet must have been the original - over 30 years old, stained and worn.The hairdryer was in unusable due to the state of the handle.

Crystal was super communicative and attended to any needs we had. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, kitchen was all in working order and well equipped and we were able to enjoy having our little dog with us as well. We had a great stay and would come back there again if we come to the Williamsburg area.

We had a wonderful trip and the condo is awesome. The condo is very clean and has everything you will need. Jamie and Crystal were very nice and easy to work with. And the condo is very close to any and all of the attractions. Beautiful place!

We love staying at Kingsmill. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches at The Mill are a must. Great walking trails and close to everything. We had other family staying on property so meeting up was easy. The Landing had excellent food and a beautiful view of the water. The kids rented jet skis down at the dock and at night we had a bonfire in the beach with s'mores.( Added fee with the resort) Great family vacation.

Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you

Fantastic property and hosts! The condo is located right on the 9th fairway, with a great view. Very close to the main building, the pro shop, the different restaurants and the coffee shop. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the resort.

The accommodation was great. It was so comfortable. Being on the ground level made it so easy with our dog. She loved sitting on the porch watching the golfers.

We felt at home immediately as every detail of what makes a condo comfortable had been thought of. The rooms are much larger than pictured and the kitchen is very well equiped.with excellent appliances

Stayed here to have a little more room as we toured the historic sites. It is an older property but has been well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was of very good quality. We were very happy with this choice.

Although Chrystal and Jaime (hosts) did accommodate our special request (for an additional fee), I can only give this condo a 3 star rating. Billing it as a 'luxurious condo' is a stretch. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Kings Mill property. The condo is dark (the architecture of the building makes it hard for natural light to penetrate), dated, and it's on the first floor. That may be great for guests with limited mobility, but terrible since the condo has poor insulation and you can hear your second floor neighbors stomping around and talking and laughing ALL NIGHT LONG! When we (me, my husband, two grown daughters and one son-in-law) arrived, the cleaning service had stuffed most of the sheets and towels into the dryer and left before it was finished. We needed a second set of sheets for the pull out sofa (this condo says it sleeps 6 but two must share a sofa bed to make that possible). Since the dryer was so stuffed, the laundry had not dried properly and it smelled bad (wet and moldy). I had to re-wash and dry the sheets before using--not something I was anticipating for a luxury stay.... The positives? Kings Mill property is very convenient to most attractions in Williamsburg and as a runner, I really appreciated the miles of running trails. I would definitely stay on the Kings Mill property again, though probably not in this particular condo.

We had a wonderful family gathering in Williamsburg while staying at this lovely condo in Kingsmill. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed and in a great location. Crystal provided timely and helpful communication and was available in case we needed anything. We highly recommend!
