King & Prince South Ocean Villa 22

We LOVED the Villa at King & Prince and will definitely be back for our next vacation. Clean, great view, awesome communication with owner, wonderful amenities....just a great experience all around.

Excellent location at St Simons. Geat facilities at the resort. The condo was exactly as expected; clean and convenient and well appointed.

Great location, easy check in process

Erin was great! She checked in with me the day before our arrival to be sure I had all the info I needed for a smooth entry. The condo was updated, clean and comfortable with an epic view of the ocean from the veranda. You can easily walk to some of the best crab/seafood restaurant’s you’ll ever have and the beach is about a 2 minute walk from the door to your lounger.

The sound of the surf and views were excellent

IT was exactly what we wanted. Great location to the beach and other restaurants around the island. most in walking distance.

Our family had the best time at this property - steps to beach, loved the pools and can walk to dinner if you wish. A quick drive to the pier and boardwalk as well. We were sad to leave!

This was such a beautiful space to land to meet up with an old friend. It was so quiet! The King and Prince resort does not disappoint. I have been here many times and it is ALWAYS a great time. The pool, beach and restaurant are some of the best on the island. This condo was laid out well. They view from the balcony was private and peaceful. Check - in was wasy peasy and hosts very responsive. Hope to book here again in the future.

Great vacation....wonderful place to stay. The people on the island are so nice. We really enjoyed the various restaurants we tried for breakfast, lunch and dinner. St Simons Sweet shop is a must for anything sweet you casn imagine.....

This was a very nice stay at King and Prince condos/villas. Nice, comfortable unit. Great location, nice beach view, handy to pool. Owner was very good to work with, good communication. Issue with resurfacing of walkways was quickly and happilyvresolved. Highly recommend.
