King & Prince Oceanfront South Villa

We had an excellent weekend stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as listed and communication was great. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect view (and we’ve stayed at several at King and Prince). The covered personal parking space and ease of getting to the condo was great. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Also, you can use all of the amenities at the hotel. If ever booking again for St Simons, I will definitely look for this availability first!

We really enjoyed ourselves especially the oceanfront! It’s amazing how close it is. Thank you for letting us to stay at your home.

Great view and accommodations!

Mattress covers were very dirty. Stains on foam topper and Mattress. These problems were on the twin beds. My friend made pictures of the mattress but I don’t have them. It was a lovely condo other than the dirty mattresses

This condo was perfection for our long weekend. The view is beautiful of the ocean and main pool area. Every cabinet I opened had towels. I love when there are plenty of towels. We will definitely book here again for future stays.

Property is as advertised, great location and view!

This is my family’s new favorite condo at King and Prince! We’ve vacationed here for decades, and this unit was perfect for our family of 4, 2 being small children. The panoramic view of the ocean is amazing! The furniture is comfy and casual. Owner was easy to communicate with and allowed an hour earlier check in time!We will be back!

We had a great stay at this condo for 2 nights the end of February 2025. The resort is in an excellent location on the beach on the eastern side of the island. The condo is a top floor unit with a fabulous view. It is very well laid out, comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. It is equipped with everything you need. The hosts are great and very responsive. The resort hotel/restaurant is next door. We ate at the restaurant one evening. The food is high quality and delicious with friendly attentive service. Needless to say, we're going back for a week next year.

Perfect vacation at a King and Prince villa where we spent the last 2 weeks. Clean, well appointed, and views for days….we love St. Simon’s Island and will be back!

Perfect getaway! The condo is as shown and described. Very clean! Timely and friendly responses from owners. The furnishings are a bit dated, but comfy. Slept great in the Master bed! And the library of books were appreciated for the rainy weekend!! The only thing we missed was a blender. We would definitely come back!

We had so much fun! Great location.

First of all the view was amazing. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with staples others had left behind. It was very clean. The condo is close to the parking lot so it was easy for my mother who is in her eighties to navigate. Except for a few repairman noises (not something horrible or even unexpected) it was quiet. Had a wonderful time.
