King & Price Resort Oceanfront Beachfront Condo- Close as It Gets to the Beach!!

Cathy and I enjoyed our second visit to this ocean front villa. We enjoy the beautiful sunrises, slept to the sound of the ocean, and enjoyed lots of walking on the beach. We’d definitely want to rent this villa again.

The view from the balcony was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and really appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Great location to walk to several restaurants.Very happy with our stay at this villa.

The condo was lovely. Perfectly clean and welcoming. The view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful. Expansive views of the beach and ocean. It comes equipped with anything you could possibly need. I would definitely rent this condo again for the next trip to St Simons Island!

Villa is absolutely excellent. The interior is so beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding and the balcony is perfect for wonderful sunrise and sunset. It has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation!!Rebecca

Very welcoming host. Clean condo with great front row balcony looking at the ocean. The added feature which gave full access to the entire resort was a real asset to increasing our enjoyment. We would definitely recommend staying with this host.

Updated, clean and comfortable condo with a great oceanfront view. Host/Owner is exceptionally accommodating and communicative throughout, making for a pleasant experience. Would not hesitate to rent again and again!!

This was a wonderful villa. The decor is excellent, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds were very nice, the hosts were really easy to communicate with. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. A great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beach.

The condominium was very nicely appointed and very clean! The views of the marsh and ocean were stunning. The beach was never crowded. Corresponding with the owners was very easy, and getting access to the unit was the same. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and a brew pub. It was a great time of year to go and explore the island.We hope to return and enjoy this wonderful condo and St Simon’s in the future.

We had a lovely time and the view of the beach was amazing. The sunrises were fabulous. Our condo was absolutely clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with our host was excellent. Their instructions for entry were very clear as were their directions. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Really nice 2 bedroom unit with nice balcony facing beach/water with beautiful sunrise and moon views. Many restaurants and coffee/brewery places within 2.5 blocks walk. Would rent again

Great views for sunrises and beautiful beach. Comfortable, roomy, and bright. Has everything you need. Several restaurants within walking distance. We loved it!
