King Master Ocean Front Deluxe Unit in Coastal Chic Style-

Everything was perfect and Paul was so easy to work with. Always responded back to me immediately when I had a question. Would definitely recommend this property and will be back.

Overall a very nice experience! The bed was so comfortable and a fully functioning kitchen is always great to have! I would just ask if any rentals going forward if there is construction going on at the complex. The unit was great but the property (Beachside 2) had several issues. Such as hot tub broken, new windows and renovation in other condos (above and next door to us) made it noisy all day long. The property put out pool umbrellas only one day and it was sunny every day we were there and it would have been nice to have. We hope to visit again the rental!

The property is beautiful with an oceanfront view and nicely appointed. Two things affected what could have been a five star rating. The master bedroom mattress could use replacement. There is a large depression on one side that makes it uncomfortable. More importantly, there was renovation construction going on in the adjacent unit with a common wall. A team of workers started early each morning and worked throughout each day but Sunday. With drywall repairs and window replacements, it was quite loud.I would expect the owner to to advise renters of such in advance .

We had a wonderful vacation at this apartment! It was the perfect size for two adults and one child, and having the sofa bed really made a huge difference in our comfort. The view is absolutely spectacular, and the place was spotless. Paul was also incredibly attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Tough to find one bedroom condos in San Destin/Destin area meaning for one person or couple most of the time it is necessary to go with two bedroom adding cost. Great facility, view and price! Less expensive than staying in a beachfront hotel.

Great location with amazing views. Paul was an amazing host. All of the instructions were detailed and provided a seamless check-in. The condo had everything we needed for an incredible stay. All of the pictures and descriptions are accurate. It was clean and exactly how it was described. The views from this unit are amazing. If you are looking for a 1 bedroom on the beach in Miramar/Sandestin I would highly recommend this unit

This property was better than described. A short 2 minute walk directly to private beach access. The rental itself was exactly what my small family needed for our short stay. Beautiful sunrise views!!

Absolutely beautiful! This is our second time in this wonderful condo and look forward to staying in again. We enjoyed being on the balcony with the most perfect view of the gulf, beach and the beautiful fireworks the last night we were there. This condo provided us with a quiet weekend getaway without kids. We enjoyed a bit of seclusion with gated entry and numerous coded doors. The slight side angle of the balcony actually provided a much better view of the gulf than expected. Easy to access the beach and the onsite restaurant with numerous other restaurants within minutes. Communication with owner was top notch. Highly recommended!
