King bed, view, patio, .33 miles to Barton Springs/Zilker Park, @2 miles to DT!

Excellent location (walked Barton Springs trails), nice skyline view, awesome amenities - coffee grinder, big screen tv, lots of fun games We were iced in from the winter storm & stayed an extra day. Very cozy!!

Exactly as advertised. Had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, Zilker and just around the (hilly) neighborhood. I love to sit outside to drink my coffee and read so the covered balcony was great. The only thing I’d recommend would be to get different chairs for that area because the ones there were very uncomfortable.

We came to Austin for a long weekend trip to see Moulin Rouge and loved our stay at the tree house! Being serenaded by the birds every morning out on the deck was lovely! The location was great—outside of the busy areas, so quiet and peaceful but everything was within a 10 minute uber. It was too hot for us to walk around the trails much, but they were close and looked beautiful! If/when we come back to Austin, we will definitely see if the tree house is available again!

Our first ever stay in a VRBO, because we have always stayed at the Zaza while in Austin. We were Very Pleasantly Surprised by the Tree House! Perfectly located, absolutely clean, comfortable with everything we could possibly need to feel right at home AND, the mattress was dreamy! We hope to return!

This cozy unit was perfect for our 2 week stay. It was homey, quiet, exceptionally clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the living area was very nice. It was easy to get to a variety of music venues, run/bike paths, Barton Springs, museums, the sculpture garden and the botanical garden.

Hiking, BBQ and shopping

Best Christmas Break our little family has ever had. The condo was bright, comfortable, cute, and clean. Everything was easy to figure out and we were immediately at ease. It's hard to find a better location than this. We walked to Barton Springs Pool and swam--something my husband and I did before we were married (when we lived here 15 years ago) and got to introduce to our kids. It was magical!I would definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay at THE TREEHOUSE and will be back! Awesome location, apartment was immaculate, host was great!! A must-stay if you're planning a trip to Austin!!

The place was very clean, and has all the little things you may need. Parking spaces are on a steep hill, which could be a problem for those with big vehicles, but you can always park in the street. We will be back! :)

We enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. It was clean and close to everything, and communications with Cynthia and Peach were great. It was the perfect size for our girls weekend away from home, with two bedrooms, the kitchen and living area.

Cynthia and Peach are great hosts and the condo we stayed in was excellent and has all the amenities you can ask for (coffee provided was very good). The condo is in a great location close to Barton Springs Pool and lots of trails to explore. There are many great restaurants close by and we tried several that Cynthia and Peach recommended and all were great. The patio was a great place to relax and enjoy the view of downtown (our dog loved it too!). We will definitely book this property again!

This was by far one of the best places I have stayed. Small details like makeup remover pads, etc. were supplied. Very clean and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
