BEFORE ARRIVAL:
- Our rental is family-owned and personally managed. We take great pride in responsive communication and meticulous attention to detail. Every message is answered personally — no impersonal management companies, overseas call centers, or automated systems.

- Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability. Nominal fees may apply.

- Full resort details, check-in instructions, and FAQs are provided prior to arrival.

UPON ARRIVAL:
- Tower III is accessible from the parking garage via the bridge on Level 3.

- Complimentary luggage carts are located on Level 3 near the bridge.

- Our elevators are plentiful, fast, clean, and well-maintained. The unit is accessed directly from the elevator lobby — no need to step outside.

- A personalized lock code (chosen by you) allows for seamless self-check-in.


IN THE UNIT:
- The condo has been fully refreshed with new furnishings, beds, linens, décor, amenities, DirecTV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

REST:
The unit offers three sleeping options:
• One king-size Helix mattress in the bedroom
• One queen pullout sofa in the living room
• One twin rollaway bed

All mattresses are new and dressed in luxurious 100% cotton linens from Standard Textile — the same brand used by the Ritz-Carlton and other fine hotels.

Our pillows are plush, clean, and plentiful. Both the bedroom and living room feature blackout curtains and ceiling fans to create the perfect sleep environment. Bedroom nightstands include wireless charging stations for your phone, watch, and earbuds.


REJUVINATE:
The unit includes two full bathrooms — one en suite to the bedroom and one off the hallway. Both are fully stocked with bath tissue, soap, and ultra-soft, oversized bath towels.

Plush bathrobes await you. A hair dryer, iron, vanity mirror, and full-length mirror are provided.

Forget something Check our “Forget Something ” box under the sink for complimentary, commonly needed toiletries.


EAT:
Our kitchen is fully stocked with clean and new pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, bakeware, measuring cups, knives, cutting boards, storage containers, a toaster, mixer, blender, and everything needed to prepare your favorite home-cooked meal.


DRINK:
Our barista-inspired coffee station is fully stocked and ready to fuel your mornings. We provide a bag of whole-bean coffee and a burr grinder to ensure the freshest cup possible. Sugar, sweetener, creamer, and all essentials are included — no need for a grocery run.

For a special treat, enjoy a cappuccino using the milk frother. Decaf coffee, hot cocoa, and herbal teas are also available. Disposable cups with lids are provided for coffee on the go.

Care for a cocktail A shaker and bar tools are available, along with wine and cocktail glasses. Please use plastic cups when heading to the pool.


RELAX:
You’re on vacation, after all!

Sunbathe on the private beach. Located on the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast in front of Towers I & II, our beach is easily accessible without ever leaving the resort. Cross the skybridge and exit directly onto the sand.

We provide a beach buggy stocked with chairs, a cooler, beach blanket, and towels. It is stored in the utility room near the entrance. Please remove all sand before returning it. Note: optional chair rental service is also available.

Lounge at the resort pool. Enter the pool deck from the ground level and enjoy the stunning beach-entry pool. Chaise loungers and chairs are complimentary. Note: cabana rentals are available at an additional cost.

Drinks are permitted (no glass and not near the pool’s edge). Relax in the hot tub or unwind in one of the shaded pergolas.

Enjoy sunset cocktails on your expansive private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Perched high above the water, the views are simply unforgettable.

Watch the game or stream your favorite series on the large smart TV. The Bluetooth-enabled soundbar lets you enjoy your own music.

Stay active in the modern, air-conditioned fitness center on the ground floor.

Dine at the on-site restaurant — delivery to your unit is available.

Stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier, located directly across the street. Watch for marine wildlife or try your hand at fishing.

THE FINE PRINT:

Parking: On-site parking is available adjacent to Tower III. Your parking pass will be emailed prior to arrival and includes full in-and-out privileges for the duration of your stay. The garage operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Handicapped parking spaces are available, and oversized vehicles may park in the exterior lot.

Please note: The HOA charges a one-time flat fee of $60.00 per vehicle, per stay (regardless of length of stay). This fee is paid directly to the HOA and is not included in your booking. If parking is needed, please let us know and a payment link will be provided.

Resort Access & Amenities: While the resort shares the Calypso name, Tower III operates independently from Towers I & II. The Tower III resort deck — including the pool, cabanas, tiki bar, hot tub, firepit, and fitness center — is reserved exclusively for Tower III guests. Likewise, the amenities at Towers I & II are exclusive to their guests.

The private beach, skybridge crossing, parking garage, restaurants, and bars are shared and accessible to all guests of both resorts.

Wristbands are required when using any resort amenities. Wristbands are included in your booking and will be hanging on the hooks by the front door upon arrival. Please return them to the hooks at checkout.

Lost, missing, or unreturned wristbands will incur a $40.00 replacement fee per band.
