Family of 5 (parents, teenage boy, elementary girls) enjoyed the stay, proximity, amenities. Grateful for both the private and public pool that were available. Great experience and would recommend to anyone with 3 kids or more.

My husband and I stay in this condo once a year. We have been coming here for about 8 years. It’s so clean, and Jan is very accommodating. The location is perfect. I recommended it to my best friend and her family. They enjoyed their stay very much.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and fully equipped with the bare essentials. The beautiful view from the balcony each morning, looking at the sunrise over the ocean, was something we looked forward to every morning. The beds were super comfortable, with everyone sleeping better at the condo than at home :)The location was PERFECT. Having access to the gorgeous beach and to all the Kong and Prince Amenities was a great combo. I highly recommend renting this place! Also, Jan, the property contact, was delightful to deal with and was very flexible with a few requested we had.We will be back next year!

This stay was perfect. The accommodations were as you would expect for a higher end resort. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Walk to nearby restaurants. Great family vacation.

The condo is spacious and super clean. The bedrooms are laid out well with plenty of sleep space for adults and children without feeling cramped. The pool and beach are close the to unit and you are close to restaurants and local amenities.

We love the location of this condo! We’re always happy and comfortable staying here when we visit SSI.

This was our second time at the King and Prince. The first time we stayed in the hotel. We decided to try a condo this time. The villa is beautiful and we loved having the separate bedrooms and large living spaces and views of the beach and pool. Unfortunately February may not have been the best for weather and building renovations. But our host was receptive to our issues and we would recommend a stay here.

The property was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing!! There were games and cards supplied (missing 1 Ace ) and the furniture was super comfortable. Would definitely rent again!!

We had a great time staying in this condo and accommodated a family of 5 - with 3 kids under 10 - very well! We love staying at the King and Prince!

Overall the king and Prince is a great place to stay. Pool, beach, amenities, location. Walkable to downtown. Unit has a great view and plenty of space.

We enjoyed are stay. We had a few issues in the condo, but Ms. Janice was very attentive to getting them corrected in a timely manner and making it right if their was a hiccup. I look forward to booking with her in the future.

Great condo, stayed with my husband and 2 kids (3 years old and 10 months old). Perfect to be so close to beach and also the King and Prince pools, which is where we mostly spent our time.

We had an amazing stay here! We loved being right on the beach and having direct access to the water. The unit is clean and friendly looking. Check in was very easy. Lots of places to go eat, and several places were within walking distance. It was a great location to celebrate our mother’s 80th Birthday! Will come back again!!

The condo is as advertised, clean and well equipped. Communication was easy. The King & Prince amenities are a bonus. The outdoor furnishings have seen better days Would not hesitate to stay again.
