Stayed Jan 30, 2026Sunsets on the lanai were magical! Whale could be seen breaching in the distance all day. The condo was in the perfect central location on the island with the farmer's market, Sugar bakery and Ululani's right across the street. The property is well maintained and generally quiet allowing for relaxing moments at the pool or lounging by the beach. We contacted the managment team about an alarm coming from the water filter and it was addressed within the day. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Stayed Jan 5, 2026Unit was prepared for our arrival and amenities were good.Only reason not providing a 5 star rating is on the day of our arrival and entering the unit there was a not posted on the door of a potential flood warning that would have shut down the parking lot and road to this unit and we were not made aware of this prior to arrival. The ban was justed lifted hours before we arrived.

Stayed Dec 8, 2025I would highly recommend this ABnB. The condo is right on the ocean with powdery walkable beach (a rarity in the Islands) right in front of the condos. I have very sensitive feet but I was walking barefoot on Kihei beach every day. It is delightful to sit out on the balcony & watch & hear the Ocean as if you are standing on the beach. This Condo is very well equipped & has just about everything you could need for a stay. Kitchen is superbly equipped & there are plenty of good quality towels etc. All in all you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay in this Condo.

Stayed Sep 8, 2025The furniture both in and out is worn. If you are only using it for sleeping it’s great if you are like us and want to sit outside or inside later at night you will need to use pillows to make the furniture comfortable

Stayed Sep 1, 2025The code for check in worked right at 4:00 pm as instructed without any issues. The unit was clean. The king bed and pillows were comfortable. There are plenty of dresser drawers and hangers provided too. We were both able to shower and get ready in our own bathroom as there are two here. There are plenty of towels and wash cloths provided too. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit so we could avoid doing laundry at home but instead brought clean clothes home. We also appreciated having a blender to make our fruit smoothies every morning just like we do at home. There are lots of good restaurants and a grocery store within a few miles. There was even a farmers market with fresh produce and baked goods most days across the street. As others have said, the view from the balcony is spectacular, we enjoyed the mornings and nights we were able to sit for a while and stare at the sky change colors while soaking in the views.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025The location is perfect. Not too busy and what you might need is across the street. Beach is great for walking. I worked remotely while staying in the condo. Internet was excellent and working from the kitchen island provided a great view of the ocean and nice ocean breeze.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025Wonderful condo and location. Beautiful kitchen and lanai as well as common area by the pool. Bed was comfortable and unit was quiet. Everyone was super nice and responsive. Loved location and views. Wil be back! One thing to note is barbecue area is on the side of the parking lot and not by the beach like other rentals, so if you're hoping to bbq with a view not the place for you.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved staying here! The location was great, walked across the street to the farmers market/ABC store almost every day. They also have great shaved ice across the street! We utilized the pool a lot and it was nice to have the sandy beach steps away for morning walks. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969For far less than the price of a resort, we had an incredible stay right on the ocean. Every day, meals on the balcony with the waves crashing right in front of us. Next door was a welcoming canoe club where we were able to try a visitor session. Across the street, a little shop, coffee, shave ice, and a farmer's market. The condo itself is spacious and comfy. We felt right at home and made use of the full kitchen and the washer/dryer. Neighbors said hello and were friendly and welcoming. We spent most of the trip congratulating each other on this great find!

Stayed Jul 2, 2024From the moment you walk in, you are captivated by the ocean front view. The apartment is spacious with everything you could possibly need or want. The balcony is big and overlooks the beach, which is a beautiful walk. Swaying palms, waves and convenient to everything. We will be back.
