Great unit, had everything I needed, comfy bed, fan and air worked well and beach gear in the unit

It was a nice quiet condo very nice for a couple.

The rental was great! Pretty comfortable bed, clean, right across from the beach. Close to a lot of good restaurants/food trucks. It had everything we needed for this trip. One small soap for the shower and no shampoo or conditioner so just be aware of that and bring your own.

The host service was wonderful to deal with and proactively replaced our TV during our stay. The accomodation itself was very clean and comfortable. My wife and I especially appreciated that the accomodation was outfitted with several high quality items for our use (full kitchenware and appliances, and particularly the beach umbrella, towels and chairs, were invaliable). I would absolutely recommend this accomodation to friends and family, and book our stay here again! A

place was nice and clean and i have to say that the closet was WELL stocked with snorkel gear, beach chairs, so many towels, and extra sheets. everything you might need.but it should be noted that there were some mites/ants (?) in the bathroom floor and sink area. i did not complain because there were just a few and they were so small (light brown in color so im not sure if theyre ants exactly) that it wasnt a huge issue and also its a tropical island, so you should anticipate some wildlife.another thing to note is that you will have to buy/bring your own shampoo/conditioner as the only soaps provided are dawn dish soap or three mini soap bars.i did have the window a/c stop working overnight on the first night and after a call the maintenance came right over to inspect. it seems that the unit was faulty and would need replacement but as a temporary fix, they added a portable a/c (tube type) to my room and it worked great. they had it done within 2 hours.additionally, they maintenance did also have to switch out a light bulb for one of the lamps as it was dead.there was always parking available and it was never loud at night.i would recommend to solo travelers/couples/family of three! it was essentially a studio apartment with a pretty large futon someone could sleep on.

Perfect size and location. Everything I needed was provided. Very clean and comfortable bed. I didn't sit on the futon but it worked out great for my suitcase to sit on. The view was of the tennis court but the birds and beautiful landscaping was just perfect for my morning coffee and Journaling. The hot tub was under construction and I wasn't notified about it until i was already there. Otherwise no complaints.

Good unit/bldg for price. Wished they would have scheduled the water maintenance for after checkout hours as my husband couldn’t take a shower before a long flight home, but not the end of the world.

We stayed 8 days at this unit. Was perfect for a couple. We had everything we needed to fix breakfast and enjoy it on the Lanai in the mornings. We enjoyed the beach chairs and the ice packs everyday. No cooler in the unit, but we got one for free when we rented snorkel gear at Boss Frogs. Bed was comfy and tv was nice to relax for a few minutes at night.

Older but well maintained property. Roomy space with bathroom away from sleeping area. Lovely balcony. Safe and super location! Convenient to ocean-across road. Convenient to stores, grocery and restaurants! Quiet. Nice laundry and well stocked kitchen. Great neighbors and clientele! Managing agency, especially Cassandra, were so helpful on site. Others we talked with in advance were also super helpful. They didn’t mind talking to humans.

Nice amenities and a short walk to the beach in a easy to find anything you would want nearby

Nice studio unit. Pleasantly surprised with all beach accessories (minus a cooler). Roku + Spectrum = no shortage of viewing options. Would definitely stay again.

Price was good, location near beach access. Enjoyed Maui

The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The construction project noted at the bottom of the listing was overwhelming at times with loud noises, nails on walkways, and construction equipment in the parking lot. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. I would stay again after the construction is over.

Great location and amenities. Will be back in the future!
