Kihei Alii Kai #A-305 Closest Building to Kamaole Beach #1, Full A/C, Wifi

One block to the beach. Several local places to eat within walking distance. Unit was nicely furnished and had everything you would need for you stay. We would stay there again...

This rental condo is the best place to stay in Kihei! This condo has everything you could need for your stay. Just add food! I loved the convenience of its location to stores, restaurants, coffee huts, and best of all: the BEACH!!! I would love to stay here year after year. Be sure to rent a car though.

This condo had everything we needed, but it needs an overhaul as much of the furnishings and supplies are getting pretty old and used. Examples bedding, dishes, frying pans, furniture (chairs on lanai and in the living room) as well as broken beach umbrellas, just a thorough overhaul would improve the stay.

we stayed here for 5 nights and the first 2 days the refrigeration wasn't working. it was replaced on the 3rd day and we were told not to use the cold water in the kitchen sink until they hook up the ice maker, which they said would be the next day or day after. it was never hooked up so we couldn't use the kitchen sink and was very inconvenient to only use water from the bathroom sink. we had to toss our groceries and leftovers from eating out, even tho they reimbursed us for the food we had to toss, nothing was was offered help with the inconvenience of trying to cook and not being able to do dishes in the kitchen.

We loved this place!! Had all the amenities that we needed and it was the perfect location. Very short walk to the beach and food/drinks. I came to Hawaii with just one friend and we felt extremely safe in this rental. 10/10 recommend!!!

This condo was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The complex is confusing to navigate, but once you get the hang of it it's fine. It's in a great location for food, beach, and shopping within walking distance! We would would visit again!

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately a bit marred with a mix-up in access codes - we had been given an old one. It took over 45 minutes to get it resolved. Had we arrived really late we would have been sleeping in the car. On a more personal preference, the bed was much too soft and both our backs suffered.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property managers were great and the place was very nice. Will definitely come back.

Great place to pitch camp while we travelled around the Maui. The decor supports the island vibe and scratched my Tiki itch. Easy walks from here to several eateries and a grocery store (Hawaiian Moon’s). The bed and couch were comfy for catching up on sleep. Can’t tell you about the TVs though. Never turned them on. Why spoil paradise with intrusions from the real world.
