Kihei Akahi D514- Panoramic view! Owner managed- Hotel zoned- A/C throughout

The entire process of check-in, stay, and check-out was seamless and straightforward. The host provided check-in and check-out instructions, as well as tips and recommendations via email a few days before check-in. The condo was easy to locate and access, and the unit was well appointed. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels available for use. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils, and equipment, and some non-perishable staples (oil, vinegar, some spices). Wifi didn’t seem to work very well in the bedroom, but we used data, so no concerns from us. We didn’t need to use the AC, as opening all windows and doors made the unit cool quite quickly, and using the ceiling fans provided additional cooling. The unit and building was very quiet (this particular unit is located on the 5th level) from human noise, but note that birds begin chirping once the sun comes up! Parking was provided and easy to locate. The balcony views were the highlight of this unit! Fabulous views of the ocean and surrounding islands.

The Condo was very clean and suited our needs, had plenty of equipment for the beach as well which is a bonus. Private parking was nice as well as the convenience of being right across the street from the beach. Diane was great with communication and let us know about the condition of the road after all of the storms.

Ocean visible, easy walk to local beach where we swam at least twice each day. Property is quiet, away from main road. Well equipped kitchen, clear instructions, our few questions were promptly answered. My second time at Kihei Akahi, would definitely return.

Wonderful condo with a wonderful view of the ocean. The complex is beautifully kept with 2 pools and gorgeous shrubbery, short walk to the beach.

Diane's condo has a fabulous view (one of my main criteria), completely upscale furnishings and kitchen with all necessary amenities. Have beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler were icing on the cake. She was quick to respond to our issue with the sun shared and followed up. This is a great location for Kihei - everything is walkable from this location - Kama'ole Beach II is directly across the road. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

As per usual we enjoyed our time at Kihei Akahi.

We loved the view from the balcony where we spent several hours. The easy beach access was a bonus as was the swimming pool area just steps from our front door. The fact that everything was functional and in good repair was not taken for granted. From our perspective, we believe Jarrod is an ‘Ace’ for you as he tended to a couple of MINOR issues - like sorting out the TV remotes - both promptly and professionally. Many thanks!

No window coverings on Lanai doors. No TV in bedroom. Very well stocked kitchen.

We love Kihei Akahi. Booking and checkin were simple and convenient. The unit was clean and well stocked. We used the beach chairs and umbrella every time we went to the beach. The unit had an ocean view. We were even able to see the July 4th fireworks show. There are several places to eat within walking distance, Coconuts being our favorite. We will definitely stay here again.
