The Space: The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and overlooks the ice rink and the children’s play area making it easy to see if other guests are using them.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers.
Here’s what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight.
Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.

    We loved our at this condo. It was clean and cozy! The hot tub was amazing and actually hot. The fireplace was so nice to come back to. The ski locker was very convenient. The location was amazing and it was so nice to have underground, heated parking. Definitely recommend!

    This place was great! It was the perfect spring break week for our family! The location is perfect. We walked to the slopes, ate at several places in the village each night, and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back!

    Stay was great place was clean Only one elevator for the whole building so had to wait a lot. Check in was slow as they had us down for a packet for the 25th instead of 27th but got it cleared up at the office. Unusually warm for skiing the end of February but the pool was great. Had a good time

    Stayed 4 nights here and it was everything as advertised. The condo is a 5-minute walk to the River Run Gondola and less than that to the village. Facilities offer 2 hot tubs, a heated pool, sauna, ski storage locker and heated and covered parking underneath, which was key since it was below zero every night. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Wifi and fireplace worked great. No complaints. Naga, the owner, was responsive to every question quickly. I highly recommend it!Brian Curry
