Conveniently located, clean and quiet

Have stayed in many units in Truman Annex, this by far is our favorite. Unit is clean, well stocked and location is amazing. Communication with host was perfect.

This is the perfect condo to stay in while you walk the streets and see the sites of Key West.Amazing experience!

Comfy condo in a quiet part of Key West. Literally could walk to all the action on Duval. Easy check in and checkout. Even with air at 74 it was still comfortable in the condo. Would definitely stay again!

This is a little property that that is located in the heart of Key West. Walking distance to most all of the historic attractions. The Condo was comfortable and convenient. They had adequate parking associated with the complex. Very nice place . Recommend for families of 2-4.

We had a great time! The location in proximity to Duval street, Fort Taylor, and the surrounding neighborhoods was great! The pool was nice with plenty of loungers/chairs available for all. It was never near capacity during our stay. The grounds were tropical and lush, with the usual chickens and lizards about. The unit itself was as advertised. Everything we needed was provided! The beds were comfy and the common space was perfect for 4 people. We were a little concerned about the lower limit of 74 degrees for the Air conditioner, but it turned out to be fine. The celling fans in each room and the one additional box fan kept the air moving and we were comfortable. The off street parking provided was a bonus, and the area felt very safe! Thanks for a great stay!

The location is superb! Convenient to Duvall Street and Mallory Square yet tucked away just enough for a quiet peaceful setting. The sofa and beds were very comfortable and the decor was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice location, sunny balconies on both sides.

The condo was great ! We loved the two balconies ! In the morning we sat out on the front balcony with our coffee and had a great view of Truman Park . In the afternoon -early evening we sat on the back porch which was shaded. We did have an issue with no hot water in the afternoon and evening for the entire stay . The issue was brought to the attention of Alicia but was never resolved. We did have hot water for morning shower only . We felt the issue should have been taken care of since we were paying guest's .

I just want to say how satisfied with our stay at Alicia’s Key West Rooster accommodations. The grounds is greatly manicured with luscious vegetation and palm trees. We loved the location that it was only a few blocks from Duval street and all the action but just far enough away that it was quiet. We used the communal pool which was very quiet and only had a few people there which made it seem like it was almost private. We loved the property which was everything that was described and then some. Alicia was had great communication with us and was always there if we had any issue. We rented bikes from We Cycle which is two blocks away and cycled all over the island. Key West has a lot to offer and we loved our stay. Alicia was a fabulous host and we look forward to returning there soon. Thanks again Alicia

This condo is in THE NEST location for Key West, clea, well-maintained and in a safe neighborhood. We are definitely coming back. And Alicia, the property manager is so helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10.

The property was accurately described, was clean and in the perfect location

Everything was great! Contact with the owner was a breeze, the location was so wonderful-walking distance to everything plus the having the free Duval trolley stop right there was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The location couldn’t have been better. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood but short walk to everything (Duval, Mallory Sq, Truman Park, etc). Plus a great deli on the corner for a convenient bite/coffee/ice cream. The place was just right, two nice bedrooms and a deck off the front and the back. Everything we could need was provided including a basket with pool towels and sunscreen. There was also a steamer and robes in the closet which we didn’t need but was a nice touch! The pool was close by and never too busy, plenty of lounge chairs, and the water was just right temperature wise.We would happily stay here again.

Me and a few friends stayed here for a week for the recent 2024 Key West boat races. I have been attending this event for years and this property was by far the best one yet. Location to both the races/pits and Duval St made it very desirable. Everything was as advertised pertaining to all the amenities.

This is the first time I have ever stayed in a vacation home where everything was exactly as described. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. The clean, simplistic feel of the condo made it feel spacious. It was perfect for our small family. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained, and so close to all the sights. We had a great time exploring the area!

The overall stay was great. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and the neighborhood was beautiful. My family stayed for just under a full week. Having two balconies, one covered and one open was perfect, especially so we could dry our wet towels and clothes. Unfortunately the dryer wouldn't get hot so being able to sun dry our beach towels and wet bathing suits was super helpful for us. We rented bikes for a few days. It was nice that there were spots to park the bikes and lock them up right outside the unit. We did have some difficulty finding where to park. Instructions were texted to us right before arriving but unfortunately the map image sent was blurry so I couldn't read the street names for the parking entrance. After driving around for a bit and talking to a permanent resident we found our parking spot. We only have one suggestion which is to provide a fold up wagon for your guests. The spot provided for parking was really far from the unit. We drove in so we had all our groceries and personal items to bring up to the unit when we arrived. It was difficult.

Condo is just as described. Very cute 2 bedroom in a great location. We walked everywhere! Missing the parking pass, but that was resolved very easily with a text to property manager. I would recommend this condo and will hopefully be able to come back!

Looks exactly like the pictures, super cute and comfortable for a small family. We walked everywhere from here, never used the car. The Truman Waterfront park located just in front of the condo also has a splash pad for kids and playground. Kitchen has some basics like salt and pepper; needs a dish rag and hand mitt but we made do with a bath towel. Bring your own toiletries. All around great stay!

The condo is a cozy space perfectly situation close (but not too close) to the action of Key West. The condo was as described and photographed. There is a reserved parking spot, but it is a bit far from the condo making trips with luggage or other items a bit of a chore.
