Stayed Dec 27, 2025Generally a fairly nice place. Rather far from downtown, but we knew that. The beach across the street was very nice and pretty easy to get to. The condo complex is a bit worn, but mostly fine. The room was mostly clean but master bathroom seemed dingy and maybe not cleaned well. Beds were pretty comfortable, but living room furniture is showing its age. Some areas have been updated - kitchen is pretty nice and the shared bathroom is modern. The master bathroom is in dore need of an update. No bath soap provided - just a few small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.Overall, not bad, but probably wouldn't stay there again for the price.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Check in was a breeze. Close to the airport, took a cab and then rented bikes for the week. The view from the balcony was second to none. Short bike ride to anywhere. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The kitchen and guest bathroom shower were all new. TV in every room. Gated resort.

Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful stay right across from smathers beach.Its a quick drive to Duval st. Where you can shop till you drop. We ate at too many places to name and not a bad one in the bunch.I recomend harpoon Harrys for breakfast.Please take a sunset cruise its worth it. Didn't do any snorkling water was all churned up from HELENE

The community was beautiful and well maintained and the pool was refreshing and fun. Our accomodations were extremely clean, with a nice cold AC, and a beautiful view of the water. We will be back to stay in this location in the future!

YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE IT GRADUALLY TO ELIMINATE STICKER SHOCK.
