Key West Oceanfront Condo - 'The Sea Jay'

Everything was amazing!!! Great location. Across the street from awesome beach. Communication was great!

What a wonderful place!!! It has everything you need with in a few blocks. The view of the beach is beautiful. The downtown side of the keys is only a 10 min ride. The pool was nice clean and warm. We did have a few last minute questions and the agent was awsome getting back to us. Just can't say enough about this perfect little hidden gem.

This is our second time staying at the Sea Jay. We absolutely love the views and all the amenities provided by the hosts! The location is ideal because this is a gated community that is right across the street from Smathers Beach, walking distance to the Edward B. Knight Pier, and quick drive to Old Towne, Duval St., and the airport. Hosts and property manager are very responsive and accommodating! Hope this condo is available next year!

We had an amazing experience. So quiet and relaxing! We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. Just across the street at Smathers Beach was perfect for watching the sunrise. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed getting away from the busyness of Duval but were close enough to get a Lyft within 2-3 minutes whenever we wanted,

This property was the ideal location for our annual girlfriends' getaway. The condo was well-appointed and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs, pool accessories, towels, umbrellas, and the like. We were across the street from a lovely beach and a one-minute walk to the pool. Minutes from the airport and a short drive to the energy of Duval Street, we were able to pick our adventure for each day and evening. Thanks for making your home available and for a great experience!

Perfect location and weather. Would rent again!

Renters should be conscious of the fact that you do not have access to the mailbox. Also, only two pass cards were available. We had four people, meaning two of us had to figure out how to get in the main gate if we weren’t with someone who had a pass card. Also, there are instructions at the thermostat to keep it between 76 and 78 degrees. The closets are too full of other peoples’ things, leaving a chaotic space for us to unpack our belongings. There was the same situation in the kitchen. It is equipped with everything needed (but who needs 35 coffee cups?) leaving no space for any of our grocery purchases. Hence we had a cluttered countertop and little workspace.The biggest disappointment was that the beautiful deck space had no comfortable lounge furniture. We would have liked to spend most of our condo time outdooors on the deck, enjoying the weather and the gorgeous ocean views, but there were no comfortable furnishings for this.Rental licenses are expired. Some electrical issues.The toilet will run constantly until you learn to jiggle the handle after every flush.

Great stay in the Sea Jay. Condo was furnished with everything we needed. Especially enjoyed all the additional beach supplies, games, and a cooler to use. Great quiet location with a fantastic view of the ocean. Pool and property were well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!
