Key West Condo close to the Ocean. 1 mile to Smathers & 3 miles to Duval St.

The location was perfect! We had a slight issue with one of the tv’s but the owner was quick to respond and the issue was resolved in 24hrs!

Charged for broken pullout futon. Roaches in restroom, cents dusty.

The property is in an area that's convenient, not too close to all the noise, but close enough to Duval for those who know the area. But, it's old, not clean, needs updating, A LOT of cleaning, and it's not well maintained. They should remodel the whole unit, and while at it, give it a thorough and deep cleaning. Change the carpets, clean away all the dust, replace the shower knobs, replace the front door which is very hard to open. Maintenance/cleaning crew does not do a good job in this particular unit, I don't know about the rest.

Pros: The location was great. It was nice to look over the salt ponds and watch the people kayaking. It was fun to watch the airplanes come and go. Cons: The unit could use some updating: cabinets, countertops, stove.

This was a super relaxing family friendly Vrbo. It was especially nice to have covered parking. Also it was a nice surprise that the washer and dryer was in the unit.When we had questions about the Vrbo the host answered them in a timely manner. What a great place.

Comfortable and clean condo. Pool and hot tub very conveniently located next to building. Little grocery store within walking distance from the condo. Great location!

We did not visit the pool. We were allowed use of covered parking. This unit is long overdue for updating. Front door lock operates unpredictably. Duct tape holding a mirrored wall together, dented refrigerator, stained couch. For the amount charged, at least upgrade towels & sheets. It served our purpose, but we won't return. We were allowed to park our rental scooters there.

The condo was a bit dated. Aside from that, it was conveniently located a short drive from the shops and restaurants in the center of town. We enjoyed the nearby pedestrian path by the water. We were only there two nights and never got the chance to use the pool. Overall it met our needs nicely.

Two nights here to go to Dry Tortugas. The accommodations were everything we needed. It was clean, secure, and close to the airport. If we had more time it would have been nice to use the pool which looked very inviting.

Easy access. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Owner easy to work with. Close to beaches, bike trails, and short drive to Dival Street.

Fabulous view to watch the sunset and planes take off! Super comfortable stay with all the typical amenities and plenty of space. Quiet location close enough to drive/bike to everything you need without all the bustle. Margaret was an amazing, communicative host.

Property is easy to find and very clean. My husband and i were there with my parent's for 2 nights and we were all very comfortable. The pool area is very nice with many chairs and a shaded area. Was very happily surprised to see a little neighborhood grocery store and a BBQ food truck. We would stay here again.

We had a great visit to this property for our family’s first trip to Key West. The communication from host was excellent and prompt. The unit is great, could use some updates in a few areas but absolutely everything we needed and very clean. We were there over Easter so the building was busy and a lot of party groups which I wasn’t really expecting, but that had no impact on the unit itself. Otherwise the location is good, just outside the main downtown area, next to the airport. We loved the balcony and sitting enjoying the sunset. Would recommend!

Clean and accommodating. The two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for us. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We would stay again and very much appreciate you having us for the two days we stayed in Key West.

Very nice condo for the price. The location worked as it was easy to access all parts of the keys from one base location

The property was nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. Included parking spot was very convenient. Plenty of carts for moving luggage Great access to walking / running along the water and a quick 20 uber ride into the city center.
