RENTAL RULES


SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.


VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area, not on the lawn and adjacent properties.


OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.


PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.


APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.


HOT TUB: No children under the age of 10 permitted in hot tubs at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.


CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.


INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.


CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.


PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.


CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4:00 P.M. unless arrangements have been made prior to arrival. Check out time is no later than 11:00 A.M.

    Inside edge was very responsive.The unit was very outdated and probably looks the same as it did in 1984.The steep hill from the parking lot was icy and on the day we left wasn't plowed and my car could not get up the hill to load the car. It was strange that the parking lot was plowed but not the path to the condo-the microwave and hairdryer need immediate replacement-

    The location and amenities within the condo suited the purpose of the trip. It is understandable that those condos are older, but an updated appearance would be welcome.

    We thought the property presented as was advertised in terms of the interior. It was comfortable including the beds.It did seem a bit rundown and outdated for the price of staying, particularly the bathrooms, closet doors, entry way.We were quite disappointed with the snow removal of the walkways. Also the first night the only parking space was in front of the dumpsters.While billed as a ski in/ski out that seemed a bit misleading. You go to the trails from the lower back door. It was not at all shoveled. We had to climb up three feet of snow near the house to get to an incline to walk to the ski trail. While we managed it did not appear to truly be a ski out location.
