Ketchum Condo w/ Deck < 1 Mi to Sun Valley Resort!

Furniture and decorations were a bit more worn and old than expected. Bedrooms are facing the street and traffic noise was a factor due to old single pane windows. Location is great and overall a nice stay. Bathrooms and kitchen seemed updated and clean.

Description accurate. Grateful for a pet-friendly property. Walkable to town (autumn stay), although on busy street. Property Mgmt pro-active with instructions but did not respond to inquiry. Basic cleaniness great (kitchen, linens, etc). Maintenance poor (hair dryer broken, bedroom window stuck closed- fire hazard, living room screen letting bugs in, bureau shelves without rails / knobs, sliding closet door off rails, walls marked up, light cover cracked in bathroom, and more. Not worth the price for the season. Would not stay again.

We really enjoyed our 4 days in Ketchum in this condo. The condo is in a great location- close to town and Bald Mountain. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely loved the location of this condo, easy walk to the resort and short ride to the bike paths. The neighbors were very welcoming and having the green space behind the condo was perfect for the pups.

Tidy, clean, thoughtfully appointed, good layout, great location, nice complex! Not fancy by any means, but comfy, great neighborhood, nice peaceful vibe. We only wish there had been outdoor furniture on deck, and there was a highway traffic detour for the week that diverted a lot of traffic right by our bedroom- a major bummer but not the owner's fault. We would def rent here again when traffic issue is resolved.

Older property, well maintained, quiet, next to a river. Patio furniture would have been nice, remote control instructions should be included!

Close to downtown, good vibes

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful—exactly what we needed for our trip! The location couldn’t be better—it’s within walking distance to both town and the Sun Valley ski lift, making it incredibly convenient. Since we were traveling with our infant, my husband and I took turns skiing, and this condo made it so easy for us to switch off without any hassle. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. We will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Convenient to River Run base lodge, walking distance down Second Ave and through lot. As advertised, no issues at all

We really enjoyed the location. Condo was well stocked with necessities. Couch was fun in that the cushions shift and make sitting a challenge.

The condo was awesome. Everything I expected and more. I would stay at this unit again.

This place was great for our extended stay. We were not too far from the town center and were able to walk wherever!
