• Driveway and street parking available for 2 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located on the front porch and actively monitoring the walkway into the home and partial view of driveway, (2) located at the side entrance of the home and actively monitoring the walkway into the side door as well as a partial view of the driveway.

• This home is a sister unit to Kenwood Keys 1, which is located on the building’s first floor. You may see other guests coming and going during your stay. The parking area and backyard area are communal/shared spaces. Larger groups are encouraged to book the combined/parent unit of Kenwood Keys Suites, providing access to both units.

    Light bulbs should all be tested - I bought 2 light bulbs. Handrail should be all the way up to the second floor, at least one bedroom should have a mirror near an outlet and lighting. Both bedrooms should have a lamp in addition to ceiling light. A cutting board should be available. I bought one and left it for others to use.
