Stayed Apr 4, 2025Right on Sugar beach. Sand as far as you can walk. Open market, ABC convenience store and Ululani’s Shave Ice across the street. Perfect location.

Directly across the street from Sugar Beach Bake Shop a Farmer's Market, ABC Store and a shave ice place. The view from the lanai was spectacular. The unit was updated, well appointed and very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Top floor view, awesome sunsets and great access for miles of sandy beach for walking and swimming. The Bakery across the street a was a morning treat. Everything close within driving distance. Will stay here again for sure..

Reviewer Comments: As the title mentions, the views (and ocean wave sound) are wonderful! If you are a beach person...this is your place! We really liked the location...easy to everywhere without having to always drive through Kihei! We did a few excursions from the harbor...which is a quick 10 minute drive. The unit was very clean and comfortable! The view is definitely from the balcony...but we were able to move a few items inside to be able to enjoy the view from inside.The bathroom is beautifully updated! The only drawback for us was the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable...the drawback was the constant darkness of the room. No way to open blinds...which I understand as it is on the outside walkway side of the building. However, you are on the top floor so not a lot of foot traffic. I would love to have been able to get natural light in the bedroom...personal preference! Overall, a wonderful stay!

Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year coming to Kihei Beach Resort and this is definitely our favorite condo. For us, it has the best location and chill vibe. The farmers market, ABC store and coffee/baker are just across the street. Beside the fabulous lanai and comfortable bed, two things stood out. The kitchen was had everything! From crockpots to knives to drinkware for any beverage. Anything you have at home was here. The other surprise and this may seem silly, but the closet had over 30 hangers and for us that's a big deal. The W/D worked well. Unlike some units there isn't a supply of beach chairs, noodles etc. Will definitely come back!
