It was beautifully redesigned and was very comfortable. The lake views were relaxing and the area was quiet. Would recommend this condo.

This is a perfect little property to stay at if you wanna get away from all the commotion of downtown Hot Springs and get on the lake where it’s quiet and peaceful. The property was so clean! Everything we needed was there in the kitchen and they even had a little curling iron and that was wonderful because I had forgotten mine. We’ve told all our friends and little rock about this place..

A beautiful little getaway condo. Clean, well equipped and comfortable quality furnishings. You walk in to a fresh clean condo and immediately are taken in by the lake view. Kay is an amazing host, communicates effectively and has the best recommendations for dining to fit any taste or budget. This was our first time to the area but definitely not our last and would stay here over and over! Thanks so much for a lovely couple of nights!

This was a beautiful property and perfect for my husband and me. The lake view is serene, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was conveniently located while still being a little off the main road and quiet.

We were lucky to stay here several times over the years, this time after a new updo! Lovely cozy place! Just right for the two of us, with a beautiful view of the lake as a bonus!

We had the best host. We received a great welcome text and an offer to suggest various places to eat. There was a small hiccup that was no fault of hers but she took care of the situation. We even received a surprise token from her. Ms. Kay went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Will book again. Condo was great.

Great Lake views and very calm

Wonderful stay! Quiet location but close enough to walk to nearby shops & food. Balcony was a perfect place for morning coffee or a sunset dinner. Easy check in and check out.Very very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable with a good view of the lake. The location is good with easy access to food, shopping and downtime. This really isn’t a negative but we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking in their room.

This was a perfect lakefront condo with absolutely everything from a beautiful view to an extra blanket for the couch area and a real coffee pot for us “non-K cup” drinkers! Kay was extremely communicative about anything she thought we may need, which was greatly appreciated and ensured we were very well accommodated. We would definitely revisit here! The cleanliness was impeccable. The condo is located right near the water and watching the ducks play in the water over coffee with floor to ceiling lakeside brews was perfect-even in 20 degree weather.
