The property was decorated beautifully. The space was comfortable and the condo was supplied well above most.

Our stay was wonderful!! The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the couch and chairs were as well! The porch was large and so nice! Would stay here again!!

Great location, thoughtfully appointed for convenience, comfort, and privacy. Host was very communicative. Bedding was exceptional. Patio with nice view and lounge chairs was especially appreciated. Location close to downtown but away from the noise was perfect. Recommendations by host for restaurants were spot-on. Having no stairs to negotiate and parking right in front of the door was a huge bonus.

Awesome place, awesome host. From now on, every time I visit Hot Springs, this place will be my go-to. 10/10.

It was one of the best homes I have rented. Everything was explained in detail, nice furnishings and decor. I especially liked the parking without any steps, really good for my sister that has trouble with steps or stairs. Location was convenient for dining and entertainment.

The property was beautiful and decorated perfect. We had a very relaxing and enough space for our family. We enjoyed the pool, tub, and balcony. Every night, we played board games in the spacious living room. Kay was very responsive to questions during our stay!

Great location and very clean with a full stocked kitchen to those who want to cook a few meals while on vacation. Kay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. If we are ever back in Hot Springs we will definitely stay here again!

Great condo

We were very pleased and impressed with the decor of the condo. Looked exactly like the pictures. The check in was easy no hassle. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions. We will be using this and her other properties for our next visit. Great view of the Lake Hamilton and the mountains. My parents truly enjoyed their stay. Will recommend her to other family that will be visiting Hot Springs. Kay was the best host I have ever dealt with. Thank you and will use you in the future! 5 star treatment!!!

Stayed in the condo for a long weekend. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Parking is right at the door which is a plus for me. Kay answered all questions promptly and went beyond what most owners do to help with an issue with internet connection. Very quiet and well appointed condo. Highly recommend!

Visited Hot Springs for Spring Break. This property is as pictured and is perfectly located to take in all the sites. Would go back and stay in a heartbeat.

My husband and I along with my sister and her husband rented this beautiful condo while we were in Hot Springs for the horse races. This condo is stunning! It is appointed with beautiful furnishings, granite countertops, comfortable beds, and high quality linens and towels. The host, Kay, was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect.The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process seamless. The outdoor balcony is wonderful, unfortunately the weather was not nice enough for us to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the little extra touches made us feel right at home.

This condo was so nice! Everything looked new! The location gave us partial view of the lake from the balcony as we drank coffee in the mornings. It was close to the downtown area and restaurants. Mrs. Bancroft was very easy to contact before we arrived. My sisters and a friend planned this girls trip and wanted a nice place to relax and get away from our busy lives. This condo was just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend it and would definitely book it again if I make another trip to Hot Springs!.

Absolutely spectacular and beautiful and that describes the owner/hostess and the condo. If you rent this you will not be disappointed as the pictures don’t do this property justice. Beautiful view and quiet location but still close to downtown. We will definitely rent this again!
