Overall we had a great stay in this unit at Kamaole Sands. The location to the beaches was so handy. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the sand toys, umbrella (it broke on the second day, I messaged the property managers and they delivered a new one that afternoon), beach chairs, wagon and boogie board.The Kitchen & bathrooms need a deep clean, but it affect our stay too much. The King size bed in the master was not great to start with but was replaced on our last day there, so it will be a good bed going forward.Overall I would highly recommend this condo

Requires a massive deep clean; kitchen especially, bathrooms/showers as well. Frying pans need replacing. Lacking typical cooking appliances (slow cooker, roaster).Master mattress needs replacing; roll to the middle. Pillows are well used and could use updating.

I had a lovely stay at the Kamaole Sands condo with my husband, 18 month old and parents (4 adults, 1 infant). The unit was very well stocked for a young family (beach toys, umbrella, wagon, booster chairs, travel crib, snorkeling gear and more). Great view of the property gardens and we could see the ocean from the lanai. The beds are quite soft but comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with various pots/pans and utensils. We loved using the communal BBQs. The walk to Kamaole Beach Park III was less than 5 mins. The unit was comfortable, but could have been cleaner.

Reviewer Comments: Overall a very good rental experience once again from Rentals Maui at Kamaole Sands. when our original booking was cancelled due to building roof replacement they were very helpful in finding us another suite 7-408 in an unaffected building at the same price. The resort and suite was as expected as previous visits to Kamaole Sands have proved. Look forward to our next stay.

Our location was great for ease of getting to multiple places on Maui as well as walking across the street to the beach or up the street to many restaurants and shave ice shops! Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Kamaole Sands. Our unit was clean and stocked with the kitchen items we needed to make dinner during our stay. We appreciated the beach items such as the snorkel gear, boogie board, umbrella, chairs and ice chest to take to the beach. I love that it was a gated community with a pool. We enjoyed the beach during the day and would come back for swimming in the evening. Check in was easy as was check out. Our only issue was the sliding door would not open upon arrival. The maintenance man was nice and promptly came to fix it so we could enjoy the balcony for the rest of the week.
