Kamaole Sands #4-301 Partial View, Full A/C, Fitness Center, Close to Beach!

Listing is accurate and is truly a wonderful place to stay! Would do so again as it was great for our family

We enjoyed our stay here, the unit is a bit older but is comfortable, clean, and is located right across the street from a great beach. We had a minor issue with the A/C in the master bedroom, but the property management was responsive. My only suggestion, for this and all VRBO’s, is blackout curtains in ALL bedrooms! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Kamaole Sands. We have young kids and the condo was great for our family, with a washer and dryer in unit, a nicely stocked kitchen, and easy access to the pool and beach. Check in was a breeze. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Stay was good.

It was a decent place. The kitchen area was developing this rotting smell toward the last two days and couldn’t pin point where it was coming from. Other than that it was a good location Kam III for snorkeling/beach and food.

Reviewer Comments: The condominium was quite appealing until we completed our registration, at which point we were informed that parking would be distant due to ongoing construction on our building. Had I been aware of this situation prior to our check-in day, it would have been beneficial, especially considering my mother's back issues that make walking difficult. This aspect could have significantly enhanced our experience at the condo, however, we adapted by borrowing a wheelchair to facilitate our movements between the vehicle and the unit.The condo itself was satisfactory, although it appeared that some work was still in progress. I noticed a tear in the window screen at the top left, indicating it was incomplete, and there were two loose trim pieces beneath the countertop near the phone and at the bottom, for which I took photographs. Additionally, the hair dryer in the main bathroom was inoperative, necessitating a trip to the other bathroom for laundry needs.We attempted to contact housekeeping on two separate occasions over the course of two days, however, we did not receive any response or callback regarding our request for a trash bag. Fortunately, we were able to manage by disposing of our trash ourselves, as my family consistently handles waste disposal on a daily basis. The entire house was well-stocked with various items, which was quite impressive. I would rate this experience five stars.We enjoyed a lovely view of the mountains upon exiting the front door. The balcony was nice, though the view from it was not particularly impressive. In summary, it was a wonderful place to stay for six nights, conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and various shopping and dining options. I would certainly consider returning in the future.

Perfect spot for our family vacation, large pool, walkable area, across the street from the beach!

Great location, nice property. Parking was challenging as many units are under construction and the materials and equipment are stored in the parking area.

I think the ventilating from wash and dryer is bad. This made me crazy due to perfume sensitivity.
