Great location. Great access to the beach

I liked the unit but it’s little old for the price

Host was responsive within minutes for questions. View is stunning. Easy beach access with the myriad of beach toys, etc on the lanai. Showers were great. PLENTY of seating.

Beach was great!!Loved that the host had so many things (fins, snorkels, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc)We loved going up to the roof to watch the sunset.

We had a nice beach view. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

Great stay right by the beach. Wonderful location right in Kihei. The place was exactly as advertised.

The only issue was the lack of air conditioning in the back bedrooms ( A/C in living and dining area only) The master bedroom was very hot as well were it not for the ability to keep the sliding patio door open at night. There are no curtains or blinds in the master for privacy so it was difficult to have the rest of our group use the lanai. It was also very noisy being an end unit next to the street/strip mall and we could hear their deliveries and garbage trucks in the early morning hours. This was our 14th trip to Maui and we will be back to Kihei and KBR but not in this unit for the above reasons.

We love Maui and have always enjoyed the location and views from Kamaole Beach Royale. This was our first time staying in this unit and it checked all the boxes besides privacy for the master bedroom. There are no blinds or curtains for the large window facing the lanai which means you have street lights gleaming into the room all night (even with the lanai blinds pulled down) and it’s also awkward that when others are on the lanai they can see into the bedroom. We have always assumed a bedroom would have privacy and didn’t notice in any reviews that others mentioned this but having a dark room at night and decent privacy is a priority for us so can’t give this unit 5 stars.We loved everything else and had a wonderful time.

Beautiful property so close to the beach. Nice extras like beach chairs and umbrella. Elevator with carts to make getting items up to the room super easy. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Centrally located to explore the island. The two interior bedrooms were a bit warm and that would be the ONLY gripe. Everything else was perfect!

There was previous coffee or some type of drink splashed on the walls and some serious dust behind the nightstands. Having AC was amazing, however the unit is very very loud. Some of the items in the kitchen are not good to use, the whisk is rusty and there’s a bowl with some type of burns marks on it. Some newer kitchen stuff would be amazing!

Great location close to shops views of the ocean

Very surprised when we arrived, the picture listed in the listing was of the property infront (which is MUCH nicer)- Front two bedrooms are VERY HOT...

The location was perfect with easy access to Kamaole Beach 1 right across the street. We enjoyed waking up to an ocean view every morning. The property was clean & they provided everything we needed to make us feel at home. The Kamaole Beach Royale is also next to the Dolphin Plaza where you can find restaurants, guft shops, a nail salon & many more shops. I would definitely stay at Kamaole Beach Royale #212 again.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed 10 days in this unit and it was everything we needed. 10 days is a long time for adult family members, it’s proximity to the beach, food and drink choices, supplies was perfect for our group. All within very short walking distance. Kitchen had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed rooftop sunsets when not on the beach.

Just a short walk to the Cinnamon Roll place, TWO shave ice stores, several restaurants, the ABC Market, and of course KAM 1 beach. The view from the top deck, where the BBQs are, was second to none. We will definitely be back!

We had other family members who were able to rent in the same property and it was just wonderful. We utilized the 7th floor community space to BBW dinner two nights and with the sunset. We hope to return!

The property overall was great...good space, well stocked kitchen, etc. Like some other guests I had missed that their was only one AC unit for the condo. The two smaller guest rooms definitely were hard to cool down, but we picked up some super strong fans from Lowes and they went a long way toward pushing to colder air into the rooms. The on site pool was great and it was super easy access to a great beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Perfect spot and location. Great for a Family. Lots of room. Just needs A/C units in the back rooms.
