Kaha Lani Resort #326, Oceanfront, Steps to Beach, Free WiFi & Parking

The view was fantastic and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The furniture in the living space was not very comfortable and unfortunately we were there during the 2 weeks of of the Kona Low storm so we spent more time indoors than anticipated. There were a couple glitches in the kitchen, a missing knob that made it hard to open a cupboard door, and outlets that didn't work, but that was taken care of toot-sweet. I do feel that when spending almost two weeks in the unit, a one time linen/towel exchange would have been included. Also, we had stayed at Kaha Lani in November and were not aware that this unit was run by a different company so there was no beach towel exchange. Just an FYI for anyone who might be returning to the property but trying out a different unit.

You’re going to be able to get anywhere you want on the island easily while staying here. Don’t worry about no air conditioning because you need to experience the full island style life. The windows open in the unit give you an amazing cross breeze better than any ac could ever do and it’s ocean air!! This place is da best!!

Great stay. Condo was as advertised. Beautiful setting and quiet. The outside stairs (28 steps!) were a bit difficult at first with luggage, but we got used to them.

This is a nice unit with a large lanai and a panoramic view of the ocean. It has easy access to the beach and a nice big park. Good island location.

Amazing view and 1 maintenance issue was handled quickly. Very nice place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nicely located property with great ocean front views. The place needs some tender loving care as lots of rusty appliances and other accoutrements. Also, the owner could add beach chairs and boogie boards for guests to further enjoy their stay. All that said I would stay again due to perfect location.

We're not strangers to using VRBO's on the islands, and sometimes the steps to the beach in the vrbo listing can be deceiving. This listing is accurate. The lanai has a fantastic view of the beach. Wall to wall window with large sliding glass door opens has a full view of the water about 100 yards away. Even though there's no AC, the unit is oriented well for a cross breeze. Quiet area, a nice paved bike/walk/run route along side the beach heads to a nearby park and beach area. Like many condo's on the islands, remodeling the kitchen can sometimes make for interesting kitchen layouts with cabinets opening into dishwasher doors (like this one) but completely manageable. Good kitchen supplies, clean rooms, and a great view.

We loved our stay here. The condo was spotless. Wonderfully quiet. Just the sound of waves and island roosters. Our view out the patio was all ocean and palm trees. Very close to anything you need but not a crowded neighborhood. Wonderful beach right out your door. The roads are crowded when getting places, but just give yourself a bit of extra time and all will be well. Working with the property manager was effortless. Got us a new toaster in a couple hours! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully maintained condo complex in quiet, private location yet close to everything. Lovely unit with all amenities except AC but ocean breezes are great. Miles of open oceanfront to stroll, nice swimming pool, nearby snorkel park, close to any attractions.

Wonderful place to stay with spectacular view of the ocean and unforgettable sunrises.
