JUST THREE UNITS FROM THE OCEAN, Villa 1304, Beach Front Property

We loved La Estancia - it was quieter than the two connected properties on either side of it, which worked well for our kids and their grandparents who were with us. The pool was not too crowded. It wasn’t hard to find a chair by the pool or at the beach. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. There were comments about people selling on the beach - it was nice to have the roped off area of chairs for the resort, but not even totally necessary. We didn’t feel bothered and had some really nice conversations with the people who were selling things on the beach. The sand was gorgeous, waves were strong and intimidated my cautious kids a bit, but they could swim in the water with help getting past where the waves crashed.We loved that we could get take out from most restaurants or room service. Our balcony was one of our favorite spots! We grabbed coffee from the coffee and sandwich place outside of one of the other hotels each day. And enjoyed the eating options at all the 3 hotels (you can access any of the restaurants, but you are not supposed to use the pools at the other hotels in the complex). The first night we had a hard time finding an option with longer waits, but then found some tips.We Ubered to town & to San Jose and Flora farms; the host recommended a company with a large comfortable suv to get our group of 6 bags to & from the airport.

great Location

We loved our week at Estancia! Views were amazing, our rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pickleball courts, the beach, pool, steam room, and hot tubs. We enjoyed a whale watching tour, water taxi excursion, paddleboarding, and great restaurants! Our fav was La Lapita.

We loved our stay at this beautifully appointed and comfortable condo at Estancia. The views of the Arco are spectacular, and the beach is excellent for swimming and long walks—especially at sunset. We can't wait to go back. I highly recommend booking your next vacation here! Thank you for your amazing hospitality and kindness.

My husband and I had a fantastic week at this villa! The property is immaculate and well-appointed. There was a soft-sided cooler to use at the pool and on a fishing trip, a grill for the bonito we caught, and every other thing we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice quiet resort

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We vacationed with 2 teenagers and 2 grandmas. The property was immaculate, the service was great, the beach service was incredible. The condo was very clean, equipped, and very comfortable. The food and service was great. We will definitely be back!

You can’t go wrong here! Lovely condo with all the amenities. Amazing views and a lovely deck to take it all in. Staff was very helpful with taxis to town. Restaurants on all properties were delicious. The ocean was warm and calm enough to swim in. This was my first time to Cabo. I was hesitant from a safety and sickness standpoint. We felt very safe and ice and bottled water were provided everywhere! We will return here for sure!!!

I’m so glad we found this resort. It was the nicest and quietest of the three properties you have access to and it was great that we could charge anything from all three to our room. Service was excellent and the food at the restaurants on site were good. The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable and the patio had a gorgeous view. We will definitely be back!

We loved the resort and the accommodates of the condo. The property is connected to two other resorts, one on either side, which you have full access to. The grounds were keeps extremely clean, even had staff washing the pool deck after dark. The beach is very nice and swimmable by adults and teenage children. Smaller children would have an issue as the surf is fairly rough. Vendors along the beach at condo's were very polite. We did a few things from the beach, jet ski's & boat ride to the arch. Which everyone loved. Resort is within walking distance of town and marina. But we had a car to make things easier. Two Walmarts and a City Club not very far away. We tended to eat breakfast in the condo and then have late lunch / early dinner at either one of the locations at the resort or offsite down by the marina. Views from the balcony of the ocean are awesome. Great place to have coffee in the morning. We loved our stay and highly recommend the resort and condo!!!
