This place was amazing! The most relaxing time sitting and watching the river flow. My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and were not at all disappointed. The host were amazing and very quick to get back with you on any questions you had. Would absolutely go back!

Perfect condo and perfect location for our weekend getaway. First time to Townsend - we loved it because of how quiet it is. The condo is exactly as described - well furnished and well decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Loved being right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the patio! We also loved being close to Cades Cove - about a 20 minute drive. Meredith was attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo!

Excellent location for our purposes. Easy to get away to Cades Cove, in a peaceful neighborhood, close to eating and shopping, yet not in a high traffic area. We will return!

The condo was “as advertised.” No surprises.The patio on the river is just a fantastic place to hang out and let your troubles float on down the river. Perfect stay.

This quiet property is on the lower level which is super handy. It is decorated nicely, is clean and had everything we needed. The patio is really nice to hear the river and watch the birds from. We especially like that eateries are in walking distance and we look forward to going back!

This was a lovely well appointed Condo. Located in nice quiet location with the Little River bubbling past your rear patio. Decor includes personal artwork by the owner in every room. Looking forward to a future visit.

Loved the condo, had everything we needed, even nice spices. Sitting on the patio, watching and listening to the water. Had ducks, geese and a kingfisher to entertain us. Off the main road nicely but easy access to the grocery store and shops. Making plans for next year!

The property is decorated beautifully, extremely comfortable, and has a great view of the river. This is our first time staying in Townsend, and we will be back. Wonderful!

My daughter from OH and I met(from FL) the place was comfortable, the patio in back over looked the river,so relaxing, the furnishings were comfortable and kitchen well supplied/ I met the host, she is a wonderful, caring person, hope to go back when visiting the area Gloria

Everything was very clean & Welcoming!! We met the Owners & they were so nice!!! Very accommodating. Felt very safe in the area. Close to everything. We will return!!!!

This property is decorated very nicely and well stocked with everything you’ll need for a really nice stay. We would definitely return Management was responsive for checking in and location is great for proximity to restaurants as well as the park.
