This villa is perfect! The location is great and the views spectacular. The access to the beach and the King and Prince pools is so easy. Brad was very helpful, and our group of all ages enjoyed a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to come back.

This property was beautifully decorated, fantastic amenities and all the conveniences of home! We did not have to bring anything! Great location in St. Simons - beautiful views of the ocean.

We loved our stay! Such a great location and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the views were fantastic. So nice to have a fireplace for the cooler rainy days. Well appointed kitchen. We plan to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the King and Prince resort. The owner was so accommodating and allowed us to go in early as we were all racing hurricane Helene. This condo has the most amazing views, impeccably decorated and extremely comfortable. We were there for a wedding that was being held at the king and Prince and this unit was so convenient to everything. This was our first time ever to go to Saint Simons and if we ever go back, I would definitely rent this unit again.

Stayed in this condo with one of my daughters and her husband and 3 small children. This condo was delightful and perfect in every way for our family; close to the pool and the beach. It was beautifully decorated with great views from every room. We will want to come back every year. Brad was great to work with, so grateful.

First time for any of us on St Simons Island and it was fabulous! The condo was perfect, location was excellent and the views were spectacular! We hope to return someday and would definitely stay at this resort and this specific condo.

This was our 8th year vacationing on SSI and our best rental yet! The condo is beautiful, nicely updated and very nicely furnished. It wasnt over decorated or over crowded with furniture, as so many rentals are. The kitchen was nicely stocked with quality appliances. The beds were comfy and linens high quality. The floors were so clean! A rarity in sandy vacation rentals. The King and Prince resort is perfect for families with multiple pools, a restaurant and daily crafts for kids. The property owner was thorough and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning from the balcony. We had a wonderful week and plan to return!

Our week was beautiful in st Simons. This condo was big enough for 2 families even though it was just 2 of us for our week. Very clean, well equipped, and that view....perfect. The location of the unit was also 4 stars. Owner was wonderful to work with. We hope to visit there again when returning to our favorite Georgia island.
