JUST RENOVATED/1 Mile to Seaside/PRIVATE BEACH & beach chair set up/HEATED POOL

This property was perfect for our family! Great location, amazing balcony view, clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped for our needs! Great restaurants close by as well as a Publix! Our girls loved walking to get ice cream nearby each evening! Pat (the host) was very nice and accommodating! We will be back!!

Host was fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The beach views are phenomenal and the location is perfect. We were able to walk to café 30A across the street, the perfect pig, Seagrove market Café, and even a convenience store. You are a very close drive to all the other locations on 30A as well. The bed was comfortable and the unit was well equipped for what we needed.

We had a wonderful time! So many good features: easy to find the condo, easy parking, efficient elevators, warm pool, beach chairs were comfortable and the umbrella was helpful. The unit was decorated nicely and the deck was wonderful to see the beautiful ocean views. It was great that there were a few grocery stores close. We also enjoyed discovering fun local restaurants. We would definitely return.

Our stay was perfect. The condo provided just what we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I had a question for the owner. He replied immediately after I submitted it. We will definitely stay again.

PERFECT! Pat was so great! Location was splendid and beach service was over the top. Would suggest paper towel roll for kitchen- but that’s only a suggestion.

Condo was as described & clean. The view was amazing! The gulf was literally a few minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our small family. Great kitchen with lots of supplies. Perfect location, very close to bike/golf cart rental. Nice to have washer and dryer. Master bed is very comfortable. Balcony view is beautiful.

Condo is beautiful, clean and has a great view. Host was kind and easy to communicate with. I have zero complaints, highly recommend!

The property was nice. The bed slept great. Properties on 30a beachside are a little pricey but I would stay again.

Beautiful property on the 5th floor of condo beachfront with amazing views. One mile from Seaside with many amazing shops and restaurants very close. Property was spotless and beds very comfortable! Absolutely nothing negative to say - wonderful vacay!

This condo was perfect for our family of three. Very comfortable all around and well equipped with everything we needed. Easy walk down to the beach and close to restaurants. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience!

We loved our stay! The view was beautiful, condo was clean, and location was great. The condo had everything we needed. Our area of the beach wasn’t very crowded but areas in front of other buildings further down the coast were. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip!

Loved the condo, it was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The check in process was easy. Nice views! Host was very responsive and friendly. The location was great, near many shops and restaurants, some within walking distance. Plan to come back again.

Loved the beach access & the cleanliness of the unit! The property manager was super nice & helpful! The Beachcrest is in a nice location. The pool is a bit outdated and the master bathroom is super tight. If not for these 2, I would have given it 5 stars.

Amazing property and great host!! Our family went there for Spring Break and loved the condo, heated pool, and access to the beach. Also the chairs and umbrellas set up/taken down everyday for you were amazing. Central location!!

Wonderful stay

Everything was perfect!

I stayed here with my sister and a friend. It was a perfect location -- close to shops and restaurants while feeling a little more quiet. The condo was clean and kitchen was stocked. We really appreciated the extra blankets! Also we got into town really early and the owner was flexible about helping us get into the condo a little earlier than check-in time.

We love coming to 30A! Lots of great food and shopping. We stayed at BeachCrest and our condo had been remodeled and was very clean and pretty. My sister and I both commented how comfy the king sized bed was, and that never happens. These condos are small but this one felt very spacious.The bldg sits directly on the beach and offers a free setup of 2 chairs and an umbrella, which is a nice perk. We will be back!
