JUST OFF DUVAL~ 2nd Floor Condo in Center of Duval St. with Parking Space!

Check the cleaning fees. Quite exorbitant imo. Have never paid that much ever! Pretty much ended up paying 3 nights to stay 2 taking into account the cleaning and other fees. Just pay attnetion to the fees!

This rental was just as described. The location was great (just steps from Duval St.) Also, there was a great coffee shop and pizza place next door. We were happy to be able to park our car and leave it for the rest of our stay. There were stairs to get to the unit, so not for folks with mobility issues. Also, if you aren’t familiar with Key West, there are chickens everywhere and we awoke to roosters crowing. After the first morning, we tuned them out. It was fun to see the baby chicks and an iguana in the tree outside. The kitchen had all we needed. We didn’t cook, just reheated leftovers and had some breakfast and snacks in the apartment. There wasn’t any coffee, however there were coffee filters (and a great coffee shop downstairs). There were sample sized shampoo and conditioner—but you should probably bring your own if you are staying more than a night or two. It was nice to have access to several tv channels in the comfortable living room. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the small balcony looking over the pizza restaurant and the coffee shop. The air conditioning worked great. Plus there were ceiling fans in each bedroom. We would stay here again.

Great location off Duval close to everything. From other reviews I was worried about water pressure but I was happy to find that was not a problem. Clean comfortable place with Plenty of room for two couples. One room has some late night noise from nearby bars and the roosters will tell you good morning. The other room was so quiet are friends slept in every morning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be right downtown

Location was great. The gate didn't work the whole time we were there. I only knocked off a star for the level of requirements to perform when checking out - run the dishwasher, strip the beds, take the trash to the curb, etc. It's a bit much for 1k per night.

Had a really hard time sleeping in the bedroom with the window and door to the balcony. There are a large family of chickens with multiple roosters, living in the alley at Cuban coffee queen right outside the window and balcony, which normally is charming, but these roosters start being extremely loud at exactly 3 AM every night and don’t stop till 6. I would highly recommend bringing earplugs but even then it’s still not enough some new windows and doors would be a really good upgrade to the place otherwise it was really clean very nice. Great location and we mostly enjoyed it.

Great location in the heart of Old Town. Lots of fun things to do & see within walking distance. Parked the car and didn't use it until we left the Keys. Good communication with our host - she was friendly, patient, and dropped everything to help us out. Overall great first trip to Key West, and thankful we had a nice place to stay at the end of a busy day. As for the roosters - this place is definitely something to crow about!

No when we got there a little early they didn’t seem welcoming.

Great location for walking around the old town

This guest house was an absolute gem and truly made our Key West stay unforgettable. Being right on Duval Street put us in the heart of everything—restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife were all just steps away—yet the property itself felt comfortable and welcoming.One of the biggest highlights was on-site parking, which is incredibly rare and invaluable in Key West. Having a guaranteed place to park removed so much stress and made coming and going effortless.The location, convenience, and overall experience couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for a place that combines prime location with practical amenities, this guest house checks every box. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key West

Nice location, but staircase needs repaired. Top area is totally dark, no lighting, Narrow step pattern, and 90% of None-slip material gone. Hand rail corroded and gone in one area, Vertical wood missing and loose.No water pressure, lots of construction in the area so it may be limited during this time.

Great property right in the middle of everything. Walk to all the sites. Parking is provided and convenient. No condiments - bring your own. Also pack earplugs as roosters and diners at surrounding eateries are loud. Will definitely return!

Not as represented online.3 total units on 2nd floor, I thought we had whole 2nd floor.Noise from restaurant next door was loud all night. Was unable to sleep.Restaurants dumped dirty mop water and sewage on path right next to condo.Tile floor in condo was filthy and left feet black.Suggested the cleaning staff needed to mop and representative dismissed me.Bigger issue, flooring is missing grout and squishy floor signally rotten wood under tile. Huge issue that needs to be addressed. Especially since this is on 2nd floor.No water pressure coming out of shower head. Worst shower ever!!!!Came home exhausted from lack of sleep and needing a good shower.

The property was very clean. Linens were nice as well. Comfortable beds and living room area. Close to everything on Duvall street. Walkable to all areas you would want to visit in Key west. Great breakfast spot called The Cafe is just one block away as well as Cuban coffee spot. Place was quiet while we stayed there. I did bring a white noise machine which was helpful to drown out the rooster crows in the morning!Would stay again.

The condo was exactly as pictured & described. My husband & I stayed at this VRBO condo for 10 days with our small dog. It felt like a second home. Nicely decorated, clean, & walkable to all things Key West. A gated parking space (included) was a bonus (need a map to locate the entrance)! There is a small balcony in the unit that is just above outside cafes/restaurants, so there was some noise, which we expected. This is the perfect VRBO vacation spot for tourists, or a great place to stay to just relax, go fishing, golfing, shop, eat/drink or celebrate a special occasion!

Clean, comfortable and close to everything fun!

The property is located 1/2 block off of Duval St which is amazing for getting around town. We were able to walk in either direction on Duval and see everything on our list from Sunset Pier to Southernmost point. The property is the perfect size for 4 people and ultra clean. The furniture and decor is very nice and up to date. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking though we ate out. I would highly recommend this location for a visit to KW.

The stay was very nice. The room was clean and the location was good for events shopping and within walking distance of restaurants. Just when we were trying to find the location upon arrival, when you are in front of the building and it says you have reached your destination you don’t know to go around to the back of the Building. We enjoyed our first trip to Key West. Thank you for the experience.

If you want to cook plan to bring a skillet and some of your favorite cooking utensils. What’s provided is a challenge. There is a restaurant next to the unit making the bedroom closest to it a bit noisy with talking and the occasional dumping off glass bottles in the 2AM hour. If you can tolerate a little noise this place is perfect for a short stay. I had many concerns about the parking space. It is tight but we managed to fit our Yukon and rented a golf cart to get around. Parking in the lots can be $45 for 10 hours, one lot a couple streets away was $15 a day but plan on paying for parking every where you go. Overall it was very enjoyable!

This was our first time staying at this location as we were in need for a 2nd bedroom this trip. The condo was clean and efficient. Kitchen and living room were nice. The only issue we experienced were the beds. The beds were extremely noisy and the frames had wheels on the bottom so even the basic of bed activities created alot of noise and would even move the beds across the floor. The mattresses were comfortable, it's just when you're on vacation especially in Key West you're going to use the beds. Overall it's a good place with a great location. The people responsible just need to upgrade the bed frames.

This property was in walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It came with a small parking space, which was a bonus for Duval St. We drove a Ford Mustang and had trouble getting out of the doors when parked. We learned to unload before driving in to the spot. The pillows in the bedrooms need to be replaced. Most of them are completely flat and uncomfortable. Other than the pillows, we didn't have any other complaints.
