Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk!

Not bad, just seemed like there were some cut corners on things that are basic in most rentals. Things like no toilet paper holder, no shelf in shower for soap etc, old outdated futon for main (only) seating in living room.Very small, but you know that going in. Just needs some updates and basic things to give guests a better impression.Location is great and having a porch is nice.Overall, basic no frills in nice area.

Couch was very sandy and can use more toiletries.

No frying pans. Only pots. Pretty clean. Futon a little uncomfortable. Near the boardwalk but far from the rides. No parking spot. Street parking was very inconvenient.

My husband and I shared an awesome weekend in OC. This location is so walkable, we didn't get in the car all weekend. Can't wait to go back!

Had to park blocks away since they don’t provide parking. Shower knob is locked so you can’t make it hot just barely warm and the shower head isn’t well adjusted I had to hold it the whole time.

NOT GOOD! Dirty, dusty! Floor sandy and dirty. Baseboards & walls dirty. Just not clean! And NO vacuum cleaner! No cold water in kitchen sink and at times the toilet would continue to run. Unfortunately, with an OC weekend event another unit was unavailable. We purchased cleaning supplies to clean floor, toilet, etc. This was the 1st experience renting through VRBO. This is our last. Will go through a local real estate/rental company for our next OC visit.

The condo was perfect for our long weekend stay! Down the street from the beach and plenty of restaurants within a walkable distance. Quiet neighborhood as well! Perfect for couples!

Well kept and convenient. Only item to highlight is the size of the bathroom sink, which is too small. Water spills onto the floor every time it is used. Otherwise, I had a relaxing time. Al

Close to the beach, short walk down the street. The place is also a short walk from a deli/grocery, pizza, and ice cream. Nice stay! Only downside would be that parking is very limited.

Beautiful city and neighborhood. The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the sea. The beach is located completely north of the Boardwalk, which we really appreciated because the space was larger and there were fewer vacationers. The apartment is old and small but the value for money is really excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Aleays was very clean. We also have access to a laundry room (at a lower cost) which was very practical when we found our beach towels too dirty. We would come back without any hesitation.

Wonderful location and great hosts!!

We had a very nice time staying here for my birthday. The parking can be an issue especially on weekends. We knew it was street parking only but there was literally no parking. The neighbors downstairs were kind enough to let us park in the driveway for a couple hours. We were able to find a spot eventually but it was on a different street. We walked everywhere so once we found a spot everything was good. The location is great

The condo was perfect for our brief stay in OCNJ. Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Condo came equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and definitely be back next season.
