Just A Short Shaded Walk To The Beach.

Cliff was great to work with. The rooms were airy and large, it was nice being able to bring my dog. Close to shopping and food. Nice and easy walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised, close to the beach, had everything we needed. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the car pass.

Host was very informative and helpful. It is a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is beautiful. Very quiet and secluded place.

Our host was very responsive whenever I reached out to him. Furniture and bedding was comfortable. Kitchen was well furnished. Nice deck with comfortable table and chairs, surrounded by trees. The beach is easily accessible and all the accessory type of items you would want to take to the beach were provided. We would enjoy staying here again.

The condo was a perfect pet friendly property close to the beach. We loved it!

The condo was spacious and as described. The location was great. Cleaning was not perfect but adequate. Suggest that not the same amount of (eg dishwasher pods) be left for a seven day stay as a two day stay. For some reason the master shower temp would never get past warm, so we showered in the secondary bathroom.

Perfect location near Sonesta Resort. A five minute walk to the beach or parking is available at Sonesta. The condo is on the first floor and is as advertised. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen fully equipped and up-dated. We will return.

The location was exactly as described very short walk to the beach. Pool area was excellent. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Furnishings were great. If you are viewing online photos for appliances, the coffee maker has been upgraded (k-cup, coffee maker combo). Back deck was recently replaced. We had a family of 5, for part of week and we were very comfortable in the space. Full size washer and dryer came in handy. Beach chairs were great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you for sharing your lovely home. Lots of wildlife to see around Shipyard.

There were 6 of us and a dog. We had plenty of room . There was a really nice air bed there we used. So no one had to sleep on the pull out couch . We had everything we needed. The beach access was very easy walk. And our host was more than accommodating. We hope to stay there again. 🤩

Beautiful condo, the complex was very nice, beautiful landscape, easy access to both the walk to the beach and to the pool. Cliff was so helpful and easy to work with. Definitely would stay there again. We enjoyed our week in Hilton head!

Great location, kitchen is fully stocked to make meals , the unit is spacious, nicely decorated. Close walk to the beach , close walk to the hotel for bars and coffee shops. The condo is extremely close to all sorts of restaurants and grocery stores.

Clean and close to the beach!

The apartment is very nice but there is definitely a smell of dog urine in the one bedroom and the living room. I think there should be a deep cleaning for sure.

Everything was great! Host was very communicable and the location was fantastic! 6-7 min walk to the beach. Neighborhood was very quiet and the pool was private. Looking forward to booking the same location next year!

Cliff’s condo is beautifully decorated and in a great location. He was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the pool and the beach as well as his deck overlooking a lagoon. We would stay again if we return to HHI.

Great location - 5 minute walk to beach, 3 minute walk to Tennis Center. Home clean and as described. Enjoyed our week and would return.

Condo was clean but very musty smell when you walk-in living room and outside deck is overgrown and needs a real good power wash bathroom lighting needs upgrade

So quiet and easy shaded walk to the beach. The kitchen was the best-equipped that we've experienced in a rental. Cliff was helpful and prompt in all of our communications!

We had a great stay at Cliff's condo. We were able to bring our two dogs along for the trip as well. The location is fantastic, beautiful walking trails and even better golf. The condo came with everything that we needed, we will be staying here again!

We needed a place to stay while we closed on our new home on the island. It was wonderful and the host was awesome.

Excellent. Great mid island location with a very short and super convenient walk to the beach. The complex was older but well kept and the unit was very clean, spacious and mostly updated. Very dog friendly with poop bags and stations located all around. We will definitely stay here again. Cliff was super easy to communication with too.

My parents, as well as my boyfriend, and our two dogs, and I stayed at Cliff's condo for a long weekend. From booking through check-out, communication with Cliff was absolutely top-notch. The condo is exactly as pictured and is very spacious - we never felt the least bit cramped. We had everything needed to be comfortable, including extra pillows, blankets, and enough kitchen utensils and supplies. The neighborhood is actually a gated community that contains a golf course and tennis club. There are also multiple bike and walking paths. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy any of these due to the cold and rainy weather. (But that is just a great excuse to return!) It is very quiet, and within proximity to many restaurants, stores, etc. You may want to bring a flashlight, if you plan to arrive in the evening, or are bringing dogs that will need to walk after dark, as there is very little lighting around the complex. If you are considering booking this condo, don't hesitate! Two thumbs and four paws up!

This is a great villa - 5 minute walk to the beach can’t be beat!! Shipyard is a great spot - very peaceful, beautiful bike paths, tennis, golf and the beach - what more can you ask for! Beachwalk has a pool as well. Communication with Cliff was great - he made the whole process super easy. Comfortable and great open floor plan unit. Highly recommend.

Very Dog Friendly place and community, as close to the beach as advertised.

Nice woodsy community. Quiet and dog friendly. Two private rooms, with comfy beds and lots of extra blankets - excellent stay. Owner was super on top of everything and very responsive. There was plenty of seating and well supplied kitchen. I initially chose this place for the close walk to the beach but HHI has so much to offer and we a fun filled packed week that we never walked the two minutes to the ocean but we did hear the waves roaring a few mornings and evenings. Thank you Cliff!

The condo was in a very nice quiet, convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and more. The bed was one of the most comfortable that we have had. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day.

What a perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving! I've stayed at several places on HHI and this is one of my favorites! It was so nice to have a dog-friendly place to stay. Cliff is a wonderful host, great at communicating. Thank you for sharing your property.

We enjoyed our stay in this Beachwalk condo. Cliff was very helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach! If we are ever in Hilton Head again we would definitely consider staying here again

We love thw Beachwalk community. Iteasily accessible to the beach, close to the Sonesta for restaurants and spa, and Shipyard in general is an ideal middle Island location. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, with spacious rooms and lots of windows. Big bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay there again! In fact, we asked the owner for an extra night or two but they were already booked.

Good week at the beach

We brought two dogs with us. The condo was PERFECT for bringing pets. It was tucked back in a private area so the dogs did not hear a lot of noise outside. It also was very close to the beach, the pool and the walking trail. There was green space to walk the dogs and bags available all over the beachwalk area even though we did come well prepared. We are hoping to visit again next year!

We have stayed at Beachwalk, at least five times. So appreciative to really have a place that is walkable to the beach. This condo is well furnished, plenty of space. Although not mentioned in the description of property, there were beach, chairs, and umbrella, a beach buggy, even a dog crate. It would’ve been nice to know those things were there rather than us lugging all of that along with us. The host was so quick to respond with all my different questions.

Trip was relaxing. Property is close to beach and pool. Home was able to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Kitchen was stocked with essentials to cook a few meals.
